First we get a room in the 4 floor. It was smelling like a smoking room. It was not clean! Yellowed bath, WC seat not fixed. Then at half past seven a party began at the next floor with so loud music that you thought it was in your own room. No lights on in the hallways!!! ***??? Ok asked at the reception what is going on - also didn't get back our passports - just after asking for them! -.- I think it was the hotel ***ager telling us there is a private party on the roof terrace. So why did the give us a room in the 4rd floor? We change the room into the 3rd. Not better at all. We didn't even take a shower. The bathroom is extremely icky. One of the lamps at the ceiling didn't switch out!!! We tried all buttons. The lamp flickert the whole night... we didn't get any sleep. At breakfast time first nobody was there. Obviously we were the only guests. The service is not trained at all.. they kindly asked us for some meals and served sliced fruits without asking us. We can't eat that! And I am very sorry about that, but it is the responsibility of the hotel ***agement! Several employees walked around but nobody was cleaning up the mess. Even the restaurant was not clean!!!! Messy ground, messy buffet table and also the smell like smoking area. Elevator is absolutely messy... why? This hotel is the first one on our trip that absolutely disapointed and horrified us.

The property is situated in the prime location in Jodhpur where all the tourist attractions are well reachable. Hotel room was good and food was also nice. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel staff was very cooperative.

It was a nice stay. Amenities and facilities are good. Located in the main area of bus stand. Staff behaviour is also good. Recommend for all kind of stay like business meetings, group of friends, couples or families. Near by, there are ***y options of food and shopping

no tootpaste or brush only one soap either you bath or wash your hand. In breakfast no toaster for bread.Food also not good and tasty.cleaning also not up to mark.Room pillow bed sheet all are not clean.

It was a wonderful stay. Helpful staff and ***ager and the service was excellent. The food and rooms both were really well. We would like to stay here again on our next visit. It was a very pleasant stay, we loved it.

Excellent hosts. The General ***ager himself welcomed us cordially and took care of our needs from arranging our pick up from railway station to our trips. We were very comfortable and had a homely feeling.

Very poor service by staff . My Gyzre was not working in the morning ,After 30 min hotel staff visit to check and say he will.swnd some other one . Again after 30 min second d person came and said sir it is not working,I will.swnd warm water to u . Event after 2hrs of waiting they count provide me one bucket of warm water . Same happens with TV also . I never recommend to stay here.

Very helpful staff, who accommodated our late arrival and arranged dinner for the whole group. The food was delicious, with lots of variety. Rooms were clean and tidy with all required amenities. Would highly recommend!
