Location in johurg CBD not bad. Lift lack of maintenance slow come with noisy. Friendly stuff.

The hotel is quite old .. 16 years old building and lifts are slow in operation

Satisfactory, once you reach the hotel, it helps you shed off all the fatigue of the journey and gives you a warm welcome. The environment is smooth and serene.

The lobby's stylish decor and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including a modern gym, a luxurious pool, and a delicious restaurant offering a variety of mouth-watering dishes. The hotel's central location meant that I was spoiled for choice when it came to dining and entertainment options just steps away from the property. Overall, I cannot recommend the Reef enough. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this hotel provides everything you need for a truly memorable stay in a prime location.

I had a great time staying at ReefHotel🪸 The hotel is well managed with a pomp & proper management team(some of whom I got to meet and chat with). Response time to complaint was next to none. I enjoyed my meals at the canteen (ground floor). Proximity to wherever I wanted to go was 💯. Great location, this hotel. My room on the 7th floor was a beautiful one, with a very lovely view. I’ll advise the installation of proper heaters in the room, and continuous training of staff to uphold quality service currently obtainable. The Elevate roof top bar could become unbearable noisy, but is sure a fun place to be. I also advise improved security checks on who goes in and goes out. Conclusively, I recommend this hotel for you, don’t go nowhere else. Cheers!

Very good for few days or a week in Joburg. We will come back next year. It‘s one of the best places for new visitors who like to imagine this interesting town. And we are sure, that we have such carefully staff never before

I wasn't fully happy with the state of the hotel. I was there a couple of years back and always wanted to return. Must say I was disappointed at how much the standard dropped. The staff service was outstanding. Nandipha and Mimi went an extra mile for me when everything kept going wrong. I really appreciate how they dealt with my complaints.

The view the service is so goood and as a person I really enjoyed being there and I also would always want to go there as it was fun and I really enjoyed and also had the fan with my friends give the high quality of service style
