Действительно хорошая и чистая квартира! Хозяин был очень понимающим, так как приложение ошибочно предоставило нам ранний заезд в 10 утра (обратите внимание, что время заезда будет стандартным в 3 часа дня), но он быстро убрался после того, как ушел предыдущий гость, и сделал все возможное, чтобы мы заселились как можно скорее. Вид был хороший, все было как описано, по телевизору есть Netflix и YouTube, чтобы мы могли смотреть :) все было чисто и в целом в хорошем состоянии! Единственное, что, как упоминалось в других отзывах, когда вы заселяетесь, просто позвоните им, а не ждите, пока они ответят по смс, потому что они должны были спуститься лично, чтобы забрать вас. Мы позвонили, и они сразу же спустились, так что у нас не было проблем :)

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped with everything you will possibly need and has very comfortable beds. Finding the apartment was not easy ,but on arrival; everything was convenient. The mall and restaurant are practically on the same building. Was a great space.

Neat and tidy. Service provider was in tiptop standard. Always contactable when I had issue going on. I will thanks them again. Hope to see you soon 😀😀

we late check in around 1am , so many block, a bit hard to find our designated block to park, but we made it, can put in reminder to guest need to check out car by tng first then return the residen card. then u are easy to exit the building.. thanks me later. overall is good easy to communicate ! thank you Host 🥰

Host YQYH sent Whatsapp messages 3-4 days in advance to let us know the check-in information. They have been kind. Amenities are provided. Cleanliness can be improved though. For travellers walking from JBCC to R&F, do note that there is a little construction of the overhead bridge and needed to go down and up again to reach there. We stayed in Phase 2 which needed a bit of walking compared to phase 2 buildings. Both myself and the boys slept throughout the night but not my husband. The beds are the firm type. Overall, the experience was okay for me.

Enjoyed the stay at R&F Homestay. Place was clean and host was responsive during our duration of stay. Would definitely recommend booking with them if you're in JB.

Very convenient and safe for drivers with security guard checking carefully in every block.

The accommodation is akin to AirBnB. And the price is crazily reasonable to pay for 3 bedrooms to actually fit in 5-6 persons. Once booking is confirmed, you will be contacted through WA, given instructions on how to retrieve the apartment keys. Security is tight ie your keypass will only activate the elevator to your designated floor. Location wise, this place is very close to Jalan Wong Ah Fook.

Clean and spacious. The building is newly built, so everything looks so new. Comfy and convenient place to stay with restaurants/ marts/ even rnf mall nearby. Nice sea view. Units are provided with coffee/bottle waters/netflix/fridge/washing machine etc same as description. Good service from the host ! Very responsive and clear instruction for check in. Highly recommended to all.

Very comfortable place. Best thing is can smoke at balcony and ashtray is provided with table and chair! Smooth check in procedures and owner is very responsive~

The walk from the KTM was longer than expected but straight forward and easy to find. Place clean with sufficient ammenities and toiletries and also lots of space. The master bedroom has a big bed that can fit 3 persons and the secondary bedroom fits 2 adults. The couch also comfortable and the TV has many streaming platforms available. Downstairs is the R&F mall that also has many shops and restaurants which is very convenient! Overall really loved our short stay!! Would definitely choose this place again for overnight stay in JB~♡

I said I would check in late and the host was very helpful. He explained everything in detail. The location is very nice. The only thing to say about the house and the host is perfection. If you are going to stay in Johor Bahru, you can make a reservation here without thinking twice.
