I had booked a studio apartment on 27 September 2025, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Firstly, the instructions sent through WhatsApp were unclear. As a first-time visitor, I mistakenly opened the 2-bedroom unit instead of the studio apartment, since both token boxes used the same PIN code. Although your team responded quickly to rectify the issue, this lack of clear guidance caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Secondly, upon entering both the 2-bedroom and the studio, I found the condition of the units unsatisfactory: Dirty windows and wall stains in both units. In the studio apartment specifically: Toilet floor was dirty. Toilet paper roll had a brown water stain, indicating it had been previously soaked. No water dispenser or cups provided for travelers. Towels, bedsheets, and pillows were dirty. Toilet had a strong foul smell. Overall, the unit was not ready for tourist homestay, yet it was leased out to paying guests. This reflects poorly on the management’s preparation and quality standards and I will not be returning these developments in future.
