Booked deluxe room.. for 2 nights and 2 rooms. Room are ok.. but 1 of the room toilet need to climb to access you can see in the picture 2 and 3.. tv was down for 1 of the room as they had black out in the apartment. The windows are small. No lift access so if your room is located in level 3 .. need to climb up the stairs. The only thing i would say good is the hot water pressure during bath.

The hotel stay is very convenient in a nearby place like KSL. One thing they need to improve is cleanliness need improvement as there is stain on the bed sheet and towel. Overall service is good.

Do not stay. As succinct of a summary I can give. I stayed so you don't have to. Check-in: - 1 card given for 2 pax, no extra card available. Granted, it was a long weekend. - Given a room in the basement at the carpark. It was so weird. At night, you can hear rumbling as cars come down from above - Room was very different from pictures and overall you would get better value staying at smaller hotels like ritzton, for half the price. - WiFi was weak Cleanliness: - Pictures can do the talking. Multiple moulding parts in the room from toilet sink to kerb to random fixtures in the room. - Many ants crawling around the sink area, flies in the toilet too. Toilet: - Water pressure was weak. We thought being in the basement should have better pressure but no!! - At least a full set of amenities were provided Good things: Bed, pillows, were ok. Aircon was strong. Lots of supper options.

Staffs weren’t friendly and approachable. Shairah and the guy in the morning when we checkout were rude and they will make you feel not welcome. The room were so smelly. The toilet seat has pee stain. Bed sheet, pillows and duvet weren’t change or wash. Overall I wanna rate it one. Been in different hotels and this is the worst. Will never go back there again.

Didn't look fantastic outside but the room is pretty good and clean. Quite happy with the room less the price because we book too last minute.

This room not recommended for family trip. Too small for kids playing. With friends yes totally worth it

location is pretty good, many good food around the area! night entertainment area too.

First time I stay here was 2019 the service was great But after convid-19 MCO lock down and I am back 2023 the service was not as good as befor and the room and bedsheet was dirty as u can see on the photo and there ants crawling all around the table I when to request to change another room for they change it for me without question ask. the sound proofing of the room was bad as u able to hear people walking and talking beside the next room Overall I may need to reconsider if i would book again for the third time

Booked a one night triple bed stay and is satisfied with the facilities.

I read from review, guest mentioned room at basement. I thought some of rooms only, but all rooms are at B, G, 1 , 2 & 3 floor only.. Obviously, no view from room at all. No windows. As per previous guests review, rooms got strong smoking smell, totally true.. Unfortunately others hotels in JB fully booked due to peak season, so we don’t have any choices. Finally it turn to be a very bad hotel stay experience in JB. If u have other option for hotel in Johor, please go even though the hotel quite far from JB city. Don’t waste your money on this place that can give you bad experience!

It wasn’t the nearest to the nice location to access to other locations in Johor

The deposit is high, RM200 per room eventho you've paid full in advance. Room was at the basement, i dont think there's access to the lobby unless u drive up. Everything need to ask hotel, i.e. Iron and iron board. Phone hotel was not working so had to use other room's phone to request. Toilet smells like peeeee. Otherwise all fine.
