Rudest response to request for booking ever I tried to book via the Internet but was instructed to call or visit the website. The website link took me to a warning that the site was impersonating Peartree Cottage and may be trying to steal personal or financial information; and requested I go back. So I phoned. The phone was answered by a gent who did not even greet me or let me finish my sentence, but told me they were fully booked and to book via the website in future (I had not even given him dates) and ended the call. Once I calmed down I thought I would do him the courtesy of letting him know about his website. I was treated even more rudely and the phone put down again. Unbelievable. Maybe he is going through some tough stuff, but there is no need for rudeness, and if he really can’t be polite he should not pick up the phone. If this is how potential guests are treated I hate to think how they would be treated once they have your money,
