We had a good stay at Grand Base Kagoshima Chuo. Check-in is very smooth as long as you send them a scan of your passport before you come. The location is very convenient, close to the train station and a big mall. We took the tram into town a few times and the limousine bus to the airport also leaves from close by. The room was clean and soundproof. Nice bathroom with a function to dry your clothes. The only downside was that the hallway light comes on when you go to the toilet, which means that in the night others might wake up. We asked for our bins to be emptied on a daily basis, because they were tiny. You can reach customer service through a tablet in the room. The price quality was very good for us (we booked early).

We had difficulties with the check-in and called the service hotline. The staff was very helpful and patient even though she had difficulties in understanding English. The room is very neat and tidy, and my whole family is highly satisified with it.

對於日本的酒店來説這個酒店房間寬敞，有廚房，有餐具，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，入住方便，對於親子和家庭出行非常友好。

酒店自助入住程序簡單，酒店房五備俱全非常好。地理位置非常方便，附近有便利店及不少餐廳，步行8分鐘有大型商場，市中心有電車坐去文館步行街。 停車場酒店附近很多停車場，停泊一整晚只需要600円好便宜。如下次再來我會再選擇這間酒店入住。

建物から20mくらいのところにコイン駐車場があり、料金も24h 600円ととても安かったです。 また鹿児島中央駅に近いため、食事や買い物にも便利でした。 部屋も綺麗で、設備も新しくスタイリッシュでとても良かったのですが、あえて希望を言うなら食洗機があれば更に良いと思いました。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

安くて駅からも歩ける距離。 近くにコンビニ、お弁当屋、雑貨屋も。 7ヶ月の娘ときました。 オムツの袋もあり電子レンジやコンロ、 フライパンやカトラリー系、お皿もあったので 離乳食もミルクもストレスなく家のように過ごせました。 すごくよかったです。 また必ず利用したい。本当にお勧めです。
