For some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.

Very good location , next to the Qing Ming Shang He Yuan theme park . Hotel ground is huge but they can fetch you to and from the entrance opp the park via buggy . Breakfast is very good . Room is very spacious and comfortable bed/ pillow . Hotel is busy with many meetings and product launches . Room Service is available for supper .

The hotel is getting a bit used up, but it is still one of the best stay. The shower is deep in, which can be a little challenging for elderly.

Kids friendly. Many activities for kids like swimming pool and kid's play room. Close to Qing Ming Shang He park.

Very good hotel and location is very convinience, i will come back again to this hotel

I really enjoyed my short stay in this hotel - service people are all polite and helpful; food are good and plenty to choose from.

這是我此次行程部分的驚喜部分，沒想到訂的那麼成功，真是要表揚一下自己的眼光🤭酒店位置距離清明上河園和大宋武俠城都很近，步行都可以到，我帶着兩位長者，一位75歲，一位80歲，腿腳不好，需要累了隨時回來休息，住在這裏非常方便，酒店內部像公園一樣，很適合散步，白天休息不會覺得無聊，休息好以後下午步行從酒店去清明上河園溜達，距離很近。晚上看《東京夢華》，夜晚的清明上河園比白天更美，晚上也涼快，長者家對酒店非常滿意，早餐豐富多元化，胡辣湯很好喝，服務人員服務意識非常強，有三四名服務員都讓我印象深刻，給予了我春天般的温暖，讓我感覺很親切，唯一遺憾的是此次衹安排了一晚住宿，至少應該住兩晚，所以沒有欣賞到大宋城的打鐵花，大宋城應該也是晚上更美。如果帶長者孩子來，強推鉑爾曼，真的是不後悔，還想再來，非常非常方便。

酒店環境非常漂亮，房間更是寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，打掃房間的服務員王俊麗特別細心，服務特別好，天氣熱了特意在房間多放幾瓶水，放了孩子的用品，特意表揚一下她，下次還會選擇這裏。泳池也非常漂亮，小朋友非常喜歡。前台mia小美女服務周到，非常可愛。健身中心穿西裝的經理非常專業，很有親和力！

酒店最大的優點就是離清明上河園和萬歲山兩個景點較近。但是存在的問題很多：①服務人員太少，前廳衹有一位引導員、衹能同時為一位客人提供服務，我們衹能自己拉行李找房間，而且服務員態度也不夠熱情，聽不見"您好”兩字，沒有提供開夜床服務。②餐飲服務也一般般，有些食材質量品質不好，比如早餐的玉米和蕃薯。中餐廳的大廳明明沒有幾桌客人，服務員卻告訴我們要等40分鐘才能上菜，好像愛吃不吃隨便。③下沉式的浴房對年長者非常不方便，與銀髮經濟時代不相符。④總體感覺灑店為了控制成本減人減配，房間裏的農夫山泉水還要20元一瓶，配不上是五星級酒店，在開封超千元的房價性價比差。

酒店緊鄰清明上河園、龍亭公園等熱門景點，步行即可到達，非常適合遊客。酒店被湖泊和園林環繞，整體設計融合北宋風格與現代極簡主義，將宋代美學與現代奢華完美結合，但整體體驗仍令人難忘，0819和i1921服務周到情，印象深刻。 設施：好 衞生：乾淨 本地特色小吃套餐:：免費贈送味道好

鉑爾曼酒店一直是我最喜歡的酒店沒有之一，開封這個鉑爾曼在濕地公園中心，四周環湖非常清凈，出南門200米就是清明上河園景區入口，出東門150米就是萬歲山武俠城入口，打電話給酒店隨時可以開擺渡車送到酒店門口就很方便，來開封玩推薦住這裏，特別説一下前台2011的小姐姐服務特別好，説話聲音甜甜的很温柔

前台服務員服務無温度，感覺像欠了錢似的，不知道是不是清明節假期累壞了，主動服務意識欠缺，餐廳服務員也是，收餐盤居然提醒都沒有，還是第一次遇到，態度傲慢，房間裏的清潔阿姨和路上遇到的服務人員態度都很好，有少數的人影響了多數的人，建議加強培訓。有一顆超級漂亮的櫻花樹
