My two-night stay at GRT Grand Kakinada, from check-in on July 15th, 2025, to check-out on July 17th, was truly exceptional. What made it stand out was the genuine warmth and sincerity shown by every single team member. From the front desk to housekeeping, the restaurant staff, room service, and even the employee at the front gate, every interaction showed that Service with a Smile is their way of life, not just a motto. I was most impressed by how this positive spirit was consistent across all departments, which is a clear sign of strong leadership and an empowered team. I want to give special praise to the Human Resources team, and particularly to the Head of HR, for their key role in creating such a spirited and guest-focused environment. It is rare to see a hotel's promise of good service match its actions so perfectly. They provide thoughtful hospitality, attentive service, and a team that genuinely enjoys making guests happy. GRT Grand Kakinada doesn’t just offer a great stay; it creates a human connection you remember long after you leave. I am already looking forward to returning!
