Just returned from a brilliant stay. Aside from the initial hiccup with room confusion, we had an amazing stay. Rooms are good, food is good, drinks are good. The bit that makes it that little more special are the animation team. They are incredible, great entertainment all through the day, brilliant with the kids. Special mentions to Emile and Maradona who sought us out everyday to check on us and have a chat. We’ve been on many all inclusive holidays and this was one of the best! Will 100% return in the future.

Had the absolute best time staying here this April! Would definitely come back, entertainment & bar staff were amazing. Entertainment team didn’t fail to make us laugh & understood our British humour Would 10/10 recommend to somebody else

DO NOT LISTEN TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS, YOU WILL NOT REGRET COMIMG HERE! I assume that those leaving bad reviews are either far to picky/fussy or have never even been to this hotel and are trying to make it look bad to favor other hotels. First let me start with Rio and his animation team, AMAZING!! We just adore them, each and every one of them are incredible, they work long hours in extreme heat to make the holiday very enjoyable for guests and they do the most fantastic Job! The surprise club night was a nice touch, we had a lot of fun! We made loads of memories and have now gained new friends. Panagiotis by the main pool is the best lifeguard and first aid, he is Mr Magic and a very nice and helpful man! Maria and Demos from the beer and main pool bars were lovely aswell as all the rest of the bar staff who's names I never got. Its a very big hotel so it can get busy but there is always plenty of room for everyone as the grounds are very big and there are plenty of sunbeds around. We went from the 1st-12th July and it was never a problem, the only thing that gets overly busy is breakfast in the mornings, this is not the fault of the hotel but the fault of the guests because rather than walking around in 1 direction they walk all over the place with plates in their hands not even bothering to look where they are going and bumping into people, again NOT the hotels fault. We had 2 rooms overlooking the waterslides, yes they were a little dated but air con worked fine, beds were comfortable (not so much the bunks for the kids) and they were cleaned every day except Sunday, nothing wrong with that as the room is just somewhere to sleep. Plenty of opportunities for nice views. Reception staff were nice. We had no problems so didnt need to speak to them too often but we booked a few taxis with them which came within 5 mins each time. The food was great, always something for everyone and one of my kids is an extremely fussy eater but he always found something to eat. Food is kept warm. Breakfast was the same everyday with just a few changes. Lunch and dinner was different daily with the usual AI type meals of different styles of pork, chicken, beef, duck, fish. There is pizza and a kids corner with every dinner too for little fussy eaters, the deserts are amazing! It was always clean, tables and chairs were washed down as soon as anyone left the tables. Someone said coffee and drinks in cardboard cups, this is very wrong 🤣 there are plenty of ceramic cups for coffee and flasses for beer, drinks and wine. There was never any flies in the restaurant. There are potted water taps in the restaurant, at the snack bar and at the main pool bar. The snack bar is good too, I read many bad reviews about food in the snack bar never being covered, this is lies. The food IS covered with trays, the problem is many people are taking the food and leaving the trays open! Again this is not the fault of the hotel, its the GUESTS fault! There is also loads of ha

Great hotel, comfy beds and clean rooms, food was good with different themes each night, all the staff were very friendly and Rio and the whole animation team were amazing!

From as soon as we checked in, things were bad. Receptionist not welcoming, & un helpful. The hotel is very shabby, paint peeling off walls of buildings, checked in only given one key (not card) for room, no safe key, had to request that the next day! No one helped us with our luggage ( we were on 3rd floor) Two ladies mother & daughter, so we had to drag cases across car park & up all the stairs. Room ok, but air con very poor & bathroom very small with no where to put your toiletries! We weren't told there was a strict time (12-2) to pick up pool towel from reception (we missed it so had to get one each the next day) But don't bother, one had a whole & both thread bear like thin tea towels (bring your own) i've thrown away much better ones & we were told we need to keep it for our whole stay! Whole hotel is very busy, so u can not get a sun bed around mail pools unless you put towels out early. But to end on good note, bar staff nice & friendly, Food nice, but very samey.
