Идеальное расположение и чистые и просторные номера. Спокойно, если вы возьмете номер со стороны парковки. Так как у бассейна есть поздняя ночная музыка и клубы, поэтому немного шумно. С бассейном, тренажерным залом, сауной, садом, прекрасным местом для отдыха. Рядом с центром города.

Хороший персонал. Основное местоположение. Просторно, уединение. Обслуживание номеров и прачечная вовремя и дружелюбный персонал ресторана. Идеально подходит для индийцев.!

It was such a pleasure to spend a few nights at this really welcoming hotel this week whilst in Kampala. Thanks to the whole team for your delightful welcome and hospitality. We enjoy wonderful, tasty and varied breakfast and fantastic African BBQ in the gardens with live music and clean and well equipped rooms. The staff were a pleasure to meet and could not have been more helpful and relatable. They went over and above their gift of service. Thank you we will be back for sure!

Excellent breakfast, especially the juice, worth dying for. The personnel are very respectful. the conference experience is also excellent with sumptuous meals served timely. I particularly love the amenities in the rooms, the pillows, the TV experience is also worth mentioning, with the hotel trying to cater for a multitude of audiences.

The idea of calling guests every evening to confirm that everything is working out fine is really genius, keep it up! 😊 4. I have stayed at Hotel Africana during each of my many annual working trips to Uganda since 2007. The hotel is well located and has extensive grounds unlike most one-block city hotels. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a large desk for work. Fortunately, rooms are regularly refurbished and updated. The staff are so warm and always courteous. Very importantly, housekeeping staff keep the room very clean and are very honest. The warm welcome, good location and room comfort are the main reasons I continue to come back to this hotel year after year.

the room fridge was not working. The Room AC was difficult to operate and shut off twice in the middle of the night. The TV was not easy to operate. Only had sound but no picture. The water faucet in the shower was stuck on very hot water and ended up taking a cold shower.

I spent three weeks at the Hotel Africana and Convention Centre and did not get bored as I thought I would since this is a big establishment where an individual can easily get lost or forgotten. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The bathroom is large and well-lit, though my room had a bathtub. The staff were simply the best. The Head Chef, Mr. George recognized me as a long-term guest and made provisions to serve me fried plantains periodically. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and very helpful. The Conference facilities were top notch and the service provided excellent.

Gracious staff, clean rooms and quirky architecture. Odd styling choices, which seem to be Soviet inspired, and that's part of the experience. Great value for a historic property.

Unprofessional stuffs, not cooperative at all.

We hosted a 1-day training workshop at the Hotel Africana. The staff were very helpful with the reservation and in setting up our presentation room. The sound system, used by our special guest, was perfect for our needs. We didn't use the air conditioning in the morning, and it was a little stifling, but in the afternoon the room was more comfortable. We also paid for the catered lunch which included a full meal...(I loved the curry goat) and the desserts looked nice, but I was too full! The coffee/tea service provided in our conference room was nicely displayed. We will definitely use Hotel Africana for our workshops in Kampala again.
