Millennium Terrace Hotel

This hotel has an exceptional service ,fantastic food ,good room service . i look foward to my next stay ! I love the environment and the proximity to acacia mall and all the surrounding ammenities . i would encourage anyone planning to visit kampala to book their stay at millennium Terrace hotel .

The room is very clean and shower works well. Breakfast is not so gorgeous but type of dishes change everyday. Hotel staffs are very kind.

This is one of the best places to stay being in Kampala. Very consistent in quality and I call them perfectionist in every aspect. House keeping, cleanliness 100 out of 100. Very good Indian food too. Good management and friendly staff. Perfect and safe too.

Beautiful ambience at the terrace, relaxing, nice music for a weekend chill, good food .Good customer care. One of my favourite chill out places in the capital city. KAMPALA. I can't wait to get back to the roof top .

Here's a rundown on all the key items that will help you to decide to book here or not. It's VERY near (extremely walkable) to supermarkets, restaurants, a decent mall, excellent cafes and the national museum. The bathroom, towels and sheets were spotless and the mattress was comfortable (not hard, not bouncy). We had a room on the second floor back side and it was very quiet (slept early and could not hear the rooftop bar at all). A sundowner on the rooftop bar is a must. I would have come to the bar even if I weren't a guest because the view of Kampala is expansive. The hotel service was excellent all the way from the security guards to the helpful front desk ladies, and the management stopped by at breakfast to make sure all was well. What are the negatives? The breakfast had items like spaghetti, mashed potatoes, BBQ chicken wings and sautéed vegetables and no water available (not even a water cooler). So if a breakfast with a big variety is a must, the Golf Course Hotel beat their breakfast hands down. That being said, Millennium make eggs to order upon request and the outdoor terrace is a lovely place to sit. The second negative is that a fridge is really needed in the room, although there was a safe and excellent aircon. Finally, a step up in toiletries (body gel, conditioner and lotion) would not cost much and go a long way. As you can see, the positives far outweigh the negatives. In fact, I'm writing the negatives because I am sure the management will read this this since they are clearly committed to making this hotel a place guests like myself recommend to others and will certainly return to.

The best hotel you will ever choose everything there is so perfect the food the environment the services you can't believe how comfortable is the place for real you won't regret going there +it's very clean and well designed ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I really enjoyed my stay. Very clean room and bathroom. TV in the rooms have Netflix and other entertainment options. Impressed by 24 hours open restaurant with different options of cuisines. Roof top bar is all everybody needs to wind up the evening/night. Located in a secure area close to Acacia Mall. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy value of their money.

This is now my favorite hotel in Kampala (having stayed at a couple of others over the years.) The staff was extraordinarily warm and friendly, and our room could not have been more comfortable. We ate from the Indian side of the menu for both lunch and dinner, and everything we tasted was delicious. We also appreciated how close the hotel is to the spiffy Acacia shopping mall — just a few short blocks. The only tiny improvements we would make would be to provide a mat for the shower (which is kind of slippery) and some wall hooks (always cherished by travelers). But even so, this place is close to perfect, at a very reasonable price.
