The Seventeen Apartment Hotel

· Great location- not far from town Affluent area & secure Accommodation is spacious & quite modern Panoramic views of the city Restaurant Customer service - Godwin the receptionist provided excellent service and was quick to assist with any queries or issues we had Disliked · Accomodation - neglected & in need of maintenance, - Alot of wear and tear on the furniture/kitchen work top - Bathroom sliding doors swinging off the hinges - Floor tiles are uneven, which caused me to trip numerous times. This posed a health and safety issue - Apartment is quite empty/ cold and doesn't give a homely feel. - Power cuts that lasted up to 2-3 hrs. I was informed on arrival by the manager. happened once during my 6 night stay,however it was an inconvenience. Customer service - The restrictions are unreasonable and not all are listed on the booking site. - No visitors can visit you after 9pm, this wasn't clearly communicated to me upon arrival by the manager, and my visitors were turned away after travelling an hour to visit me. This was shocking and extremely upsetting to say the least. (This is not stated in the contract, which I never received due to the printer apparently not working). When I spoke to the manager she rudely dismissed me and didn't express any empathy or remorse. - When I had visitors they were constantly harassed by the night security when leaving and they kept asking them how many guests are in the apartment. I believe they were being instructed by the manager/owner of the property to do so.
