This hotel is newly furnished, and the rooms was great, 3 super single bed fits family of 4 (2adult 2 kids), we love the breakfast so much and I suggest you guys book with breakfast as surrounding seems not easy to get food. Outdoor car park available and we enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel reception and restaurant staff serve you with friendly attitude, this is amazing experience. Good job.

New hotel just opening in Aug.2024 & near to Jetty Pulau Perhentian. Free parking with open parking It was quite expensive for room charge (RM 305 for with 2pax breakfast) compared to the Kuala Besut area. Remote area & near to Kuala Besut jetty. Need to drive to find food stalls. Hotel provides vending machines to buy snacks & drinks. Room too small. Nothing special about this hotel similar basic hotel. Breakfast with simple meals Local staff very friendly & helpful.

This is my 2nd time stayed , room cleaned and nice staff with good arrangement.

帶着孩子度假泡酒店很不錯、沒必要出海，萬豪沙灘浮潛就很美了，魚也不少，酒店上島的船很豪華很新。 房間： 房間整體設計都不錯。有陽台、衞生間有toto智能馬桶，漱口水，沐浴備品精油的氣味不錯，浴室很大，給孩子洗澡很方便，還有浴缸可以泡澡、有提供沐浴鹽。 餐飲： 三個餐廳，西餐是好吃的，特別是肉類、烤羊排那些都很不錯，唯一缺點中餐較少。吃了幾頓後瘋狂想念蛋炒飯、炒空心菜和蒸魚那些中餐料理。建議希望酒店可以增加中餐。 設施： 三個游泳池，水還蠻乾淨、也不會冷，健身房沒來得及去，親子小童中心可以託管小朋友，有手工課。還有一些瑜伽課，烹飪課，潛水珊瑚介紹沒來得及體驗。酒店也有潛水中心可以預訂出海及租借潛水用具。

Fomos a medo pelo facto de sabermos que o hotel está situado na costa e não nas ilhas, contudo a localização é bastante boa, num local bastante sossegado. Através da aplicação do Grab chamávamos um carro e por 1.20/1.50€ e em 5 minutos estávamos na doca para apanhar o barco para as ilhas. E em 30 minutos estamos nas ilhas. Caso tenham dificuldade o staff do hotel também ajuda. Nota-se que o hotel é muito recente e ainda faltam algumas coisas a fazer, mas o staff sem dúvida é dos mais simpáticos e prestáveis que já encontramos, principalmente o do restaurante, super atenciosos e cuidadosos, sempre preocupados em saber se está tudo bem e em ajudar. O cozinheiro Bob sem dúvida que sabe o que faz. Provavelmente dos melhores hambúrgueres que já comi 😄. A 500 metros do hotel tem uma praia enorme e sempre deserta!

Lokasi yang sangat strategik sebagai persinggahan ke Pulau Perhentian. Staf hotel yang peramah dan sangat membantu.

新開業的酒店，萬豪旗下，服務沒的説。 雖然新開業，居然沒味道，很贊。 酒店有自己的碼頭，可以到大小停泊島，但是價格是公共碼頭的三倍。 打車去公共碼頭也很方便，幾分鐘的事，車費5馬幣。

前台服務人員錯誤建議，讓我們誤了飛機！而且還是在反覆確定是否可行的情況下，被他們誤導！！！

We stayed in this hotel for one night before we headed over to Marriott Perhentian. Chose this hotel as the jetty to the island is located here. We drove from KL to Kuala Besut and reached the hotel around 11pm. After such a long tiring drive, we were told upon check in that the water heater is faulty and that there will be no hot water for shower. Imagine my disappointment and sadness when I found out about this after such a long tiring drive. I really did not appreciate the fact that no one in the hotel bothered to email or message us on the app in advance regarding this situation. Rather, they just dropped the bomb upon check in leaving us with no alternatives. I would have appreciated if the team could have given us a heads up about this. Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worst, the aircond in our room was not working. The room was stuffy and hot. When we informed the front desk, they were giving all kinds of excuses and gaslight us into thinking that some windows were open somewhere hence the aircond is not cold. Despite us reassuring them that all windows and doors are shut, they still insisted that nothing is wrong with the aircond. After about an hour or so, finally the maintenance guy is there which he then concluded that the aircond is not working. We then had to wait to change room past midnight after such a long day! I really hope the team can look into how to improve their quality as this is not the standard for any Marriott Hotels be it a Fairfield branch. At a rate of RM300++/night in the middle of no where, with no hot water or working aircond, I feel like I deserved a refund. Could have gotten a better stay by staying in the cheaper hotels nearby. Anyway, what a disappointing stay.
