We have good and comfortable experience in hotel the wood z well behaved staff neat and clean surroundings good communication with guest the help and guide us for our trip it's quite nice experience

Last week i stayed in this hotel but it was totally a below average experience.First of all the main attraction of the hotel (swimming pool) it's climbing grill was weak and the floor across the pool was very slippery so technically that pool though clean is quite useless for people above that and strictly no for people above 40 ( if non-swimmers) because there was no guard around.Food was strictly below average and rooms were out dated like dharamshalas in 80s era and you can have one more wonderful experience of bathing with big spiders in the bathroom so strictly keep your eyes wide open while bathing. And now about staff.... There was one Mr. Ajay Rana who not only demanded tip for the whole serving staff but also expected me to finance his kidney stone operation (unbelievable but truth) The other attraction was cafe which was though well made but it was strictly non functional and the manager bluntly told me that it is just for ratings in mmt. Moreover they didn't provided basic toiletery Like shampoo and soap so guys please stay away from this hotel.In this budget you can stay in bagora heights hotel or hotel tea bud they are much better hotels with great surroundings in similar or maybe even Better surroundings.

Best experience as in title. Location, hygienic food and amenities are best.
