Utterly inconsiderate staff with rude and impolite behaviour, unwelcoming. They asked to check out and find another places as soon as we started pointing out the uncleanliness. Rooms in terrible condition, including cobwebs on windows and doors, strong stink as soon as you enter in the room. No blankets and bed sheets were dirty. Bathroom was in a state of disaster with a broken toilet seat, rusted hanging hook, and broken door, broken pipe of the sink. Dirty and worn-out doormats adding to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. When we showed the doormat and broken door, they blamed us that we tore the doormat and broke the door, the staff supervisor job i asked us “don’t you have the same doormats at your home, don’t you adjust at your home”. The head of staff started shouting when we asked for refund or another room her words and language “how many times do i have to tell you” “if you don’t feel comfortable here you can check out” “why will i give refund” “i have a lot of other work to do i can not talk to you for your problems”. Staff needs to understand that someone has come for a holiday to relax and enjoy, there is no joy in breaking the door or even touching the dirty doormats to tear them, they should think before putting any absurd allegations on the guests, they need hospitality training urgently.
