It's a very good hotel, I like it very much.warm bed, good air-conditioning, clean room and bathroom.

Very happy with my stay here! Great location, the hotel is super clean and staff were friendly. The bed is super comfortable! Free coffee and water and a few snacks at the reception. The only downside was the cleaning staff making lots of noise at 8am on a Saturday morning but I had to get up anyway. I’d come back for sure.

I was a bit unsure of booking this hotel but it was actually okay. You need to walk up about 10 steps to get to the lift to the reception, which is on level 5. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The TV even had English news channels. It's also conveniently near the metro station less than 10 minutes walk.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights with my friend during our time in Kaohsiung. Enjoyed the stay. The hotel was clean and neat. The staff of the hotel are friendly and accommodating.

The room is a little bit small but it's clean. The toilet is good too.

Booked this hotel & couldn't make it last minute due to some personal emergency, wanted to try to ask hotel if refund is possible even though the free cancellation period is over & i also wasn't expecting much because it was a problem on my end for not being able to cancel earlier but the staff was SO rude when i just asked politely. All i asked was "is it possible to have any sort of refund because due to personal emergency im not able to travel down to this city" and the next second the staff was answering me in the NASTIEST tone saying "its your own problem for only realising u cannot make it today, its not our fault". Like i totally understand that but there's no reason to show attitude when im just simply asking.

Perfect location, clean room with everything needed, comfortable bed

Is new hotel thus every corners are sparkling clean. Satisfied with the booking. Good location too. Just reminder for elderly as would need to climb about 7-8 steps before taking the lift go up to the room and lobby. And also they only allowed checked in almost on dot. Otherwise is valued for money.

My husband and I were on a short trip break. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful. Location wise, Family Mart just in the opposite side of the hotel, airport is 15mins away by taxi and MRT station is 10mins by foot.

The hotel is superb! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are kind and accommodating, and the room service is excellent—we always come back to a spotless room. We also appreciate that nothing was ever missing, even when we left important belongings inside. The hotel’s design is modern, and its location is perfect—very close to establishments, the MRT station, street food stalls, malls, and shopping centers. Truly a great place to stay!
