We enjoyed our stay and were honoured to be invited by the hotel to celebrate the New Year Eve Party with a complimentary dinner at the Wok Restaurant on Level 2 and a count down and welcome 2026 party with free flow drinks at the Rooftop Bar. We watched the fireworks at the stroke of midnight from the Bar with great music, beautiful view and lovely guests! It was a fantastic end to 2025 and the memories will stay in us forever! Thank you Hotel Indigo Kaoshiung for the wonderful and memorable stay. Everything from the hotel staff to the room amenities were top notch! We will certainly recommend your hotel and will definitely stay here when we visit Kaoshiung again.

Had a cracking stay at this hotel! The service was proper quick, and the staff were absolute gems. Big shoutout to Ted and Andy for sorting out a complaint sharpish - they really kept things up to IHG's top notch standards. Also, massive thanks to Sally, Ruru, Molly, Agnes, and Emma for their warm, friendly vibes. Everything ran like clockwork, and the place had a proper welcoming feel. A great pet friendly hotel facing the Central Park. Subway is just next to the hotel with a small night market within short walking distance. Breakfast is good.

Good service by providing big screen for me to watch live games. Needed to pay extra for 3rd person, didn’t expect that.

It is part of my own fault when I booked the hotel I did not read all the details and did not know that our room has no window. Also the room has no bathtub and the TV is supposed to be a smart TV but many of the functions are not working. Meanwhile, the live TV has very limited number of channels.

Stylish hotel with elegant decoration, near train and Central Park, accessible to major shopping centre and restaurants. Recommend to stay in this hotel when travel Kaohsiung. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Clean up room regularly. Pier 1 bar on the top floor is a great spot.

Location's unbeatable, right next to Central Park station on red metro line. Christmas lights at the park in the evening is a huge plus.

Everything is way better than my expectations

Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good, mrt is just a short walk away. Room is clean and spacious. Good housekeeping. Gym is 24/7. To Fengjia night market it is about 10 minutes walk. Cons: Strict check-in policy. Took a past midnight flight and arrived hotel very early but was only allowed to check-in about 10 minutes earlier. The pillows are too soft, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Although mrt is nearby, there’s only a small shopping mall nearby. Have to take trains to bigger malls.

This was the perfect spot for me personally because I was able to explore a few local areas. I took the HSR from Taipei and stayed only one night. I met a few locals within walking distance and the Central Park is a nice feature across the street. Although the Pier 2 Creative Park is still in the process of developing itself, I felt it was well worth it to go there for food, drinks, photos, and exploring there. The hotel room itself was amazing. As soon as I walked in I took a bunch of photos and posted on Facebook because I felt it was cooler than my apartment. I did not order the breakfast but I did have coffee from the café. There’s a few cute diners and photo shops down the street. There’s a dog café and a cat café not far from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. I had a teatime at intercontinental (which was a droll vibe), and I’m glad I chose not to stay there. I feel that Indigo gives a great value for the money and the design specialists were really detailed-oriented with some of the things they included in the rooms. Facilities were great. View was nice. Go see for yourself.
