Я заселился поздно ночью, и мне дали номер прямо рядом с лифтом. Всю ночь было невероятно шумно, а кондиционер дребезжал, не давая мне нормально спать. За все годы пользования trip.com это первый раз, когда я почувствовал, что выбранный вами отель настолько плох.

Кондиционер в номере совсем не работал, поэтому нам приходилось каждый раз менять номер. Даже после двух переездов температура так и не опускалась ниже 26 градусов, так что было совершенно некомфортно. В вестибюле и коридорах было ещё жарче, так что я больше никогда не хочу там останавливаться. Завтрак тоже был не особо вкусным.

Hotel is relative clean. Stayed in a single room with a semi double bed. Size is decent but didn’t realised it was behind the lifts, could hear the lift moving through out the day. The shower head position is pretty bad. It’s not on an angle it’s pretty much like spraying directly into your body. It would be great if they could address this. It’s 15 mins walk from the metro station so not closed. Also there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Crawled out of the drain

The overall trip was enjoyable, but the hotel definitely needs renovation. The bar felt uninviting—very dark, with only a few tables and no good music, which made the atmosphere quite disappointing. They also charge 200 NTD per person each time to use the sauna, which seems unreasonable. As a hotel guest, I would expect amenities like this to be included. If I have to pay extra for basic facilities, it defeats the purpose of staying at the hotel. Overall, the experience with these aspects was quite frustrating and felt unnecessary.

8 minutes walk to the MTR station. Surrounding has shops and food stall. Spending a night for tomorrow flight. No much of sightseeing

Good room size. Room style a bit outdated but it is okay, comfortable and at high floor.

The only good thing this hotel offers you is a stunning view of the Kaihsiung skyline, however cleanliness and staff could be improved. The hotel says it is a 5 star hotel, but in fact it only offers 3 star experience; hotel staff looks not welcoming, the rooms are quite outdated, the aircon cannot be switched for heat - it was super cold in the room and they turn the aircon for you before you check in - why? It is 15 degrees outside, why your aircon is at freezing mode?

Everything was good during my stay in this hotel. The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.

The location is great just the other side of Kaoshusing government building.

Really appreciate their hospitality however the room is pretty small than I expected. With 5 stars hotel I expected to get the spacious room wirh breakfast

Suitable location, the hotel is just 10 minutes from airport. Usually i travel there for business.
