The hotel is very old and needs investments. I understand that some items are difficult or expensive to replace, like an old bathtub, but even the hangers were falling apart and rusty. The location is great, but it is extremeley noisy, if you face the main square, with lots of traffic. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only good thing about this place is that it is very close to the MRT station. The staff cannot speak English at all, so we communicated only through Google Translate. The staff tried to help us as best they could. But the problem is the hotel room is very old, musty and dirty. I found seven cockroaches to deal with. I think there must be dust mites in the bed because I can't breathe comfortably. I had to book this place because I was here for work, but trust me, if you have a better option, don't stay at this hotel.

the building is too old and its too dusty, we asked for another room coz the room they gave us is too dirty😥. Good thing we moved to a cleaner room but still not satisfied. i think the building needs renovation.

We were able to check in early. But not happy with how old the facility. Hard bed, creepy. Not really convenient, no restaurant nearby.

Super old United Kingdom style hotel from the 1970s . If you want to go back to 1970 to see England or Australia , back in time you can stay here. Honest , a hotel from Sydney in 1970 would look like this , everything is original. Would need huge money to upgrade the place. The street outside has many ******* from Vietnam and China late at night in front of the spa building waving to foreigners, it’s a very big party area

Value for money hotel if one is not too choosy. Convenient location near the stations.
