Свежий, чистый, очень удобно расположенный отель, напротив Kaoshiung main station. Лучшая душевая система, которую встречала. Мороженое, печенье как перекус в свободном доступе. Очень рекомендую.

Very good location and breakfast. Wish it can have dinner buffet same as before.

We stayed at this hotel in March. While this review is in English, we communicated to them in Chinese. We also observed that they could converse with simple English with the international guests. Service - The hotel staff were friendly. We were greeted upon entering the door, and attended to immediately. The check-in process was fast. They also explained to us about the amenities - there is an enclosed area where we can chill, enjoy free drinks and ice cream. We were also entitled to one free drink from the par per day.  Even the housekeepers were friendly. There was an elderly housekeeper on Level 8 who greeted us and offered to guide us to our rooms - was impressed by this because I wasn't expecting this from any housekeeper from any hotel! The receptionist at the level 2 morning buffet hall was also very attentive. I was looking around for the toilet, when one of the staff saw me and asked me if I needed any help. Please keep this proactiveness up :) Food - The breakfast spread was huge and the food was scrumptious. Absolutely recommend. It has a mix of local ********* dishes and western food. I especially love the ********* food spread! (see photos for some of the food options, though i didnt take photo of everything). Room - The room was sufficient and clean. Housekeeping also does a great job at tidying the room. Location - Right next to Kaohsiung Main Station. I could walk directly to the hotel from the station - it seems like the renovation works that the earlier hotel reviews talked about has been resolved, so there is no longer a need to go to the hotel in a roundabout manner.  Super convenient. Other Amenities - They have washing machines, dryers, and even an ironing board! Powder detergent is provided too. This was something we really appreciated. Also, like what I earlier mentioned, they have a hall with the free-flow ice cream and drinks, which is a great place to chill and relax - especially at night after a long day of activities.  Overall, I will recommend Kindness hotel to those staying in Kaohsiung!

Highly recommended. Nothing short of excellence. Check in was fuss-free and we were given a complimentary upgrade. Room was very spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a sufficient spread and was very tasty. There was a laundry room downstairs with free detergent. The cafe area was large with free snacks which was a great place to hang out and chat. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in at a very affordable price. We truly enjoyed the experience.

It's a pleasant stay, enjoy it very much! Super convenient location next to Kaohsiung Train Station, free flow ice cream and coffees & teas, FOC DIY laundry services.... Helpful and friendly staffs. Highly recommended, will come back again!

Good hotel. Breakfast was very good and wide selection. They offer free drink coupon for us. Also have free ice cream and drinks all the time.

WORTH EVERY MONEY! The location is great just in front of Kaohsiung main station. All facilities were magnificent! Including 24/7 free ice cream, coffee, snacks and even laundry service. You can also get a bottle of house brew beer as a complimentary everyday.

Nice location, clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Would definitely stay again!

Very good hotel, good breakfast, good service by all staff. Near railway station easy access to many other places that includes MRT to the HSR etc... I will come back again if I return to 高雄.

Clean and good Breakfast

Really glad i picked this hotel to stay in Kaohsiung! It is near Kaohsiung main station (a big part of the station is under renovation as of August 2024 so the walk from the station is longer as we have to walk a larger loop compared to just walking straight out to the hotel - the hotel faces the main station directly btw). Nonetheless the hotel room is clean and spacious. The bed is larger than what I thought (feels more like a king bed for a double bed!) so that’s a huge plus. The hotel staff were really friendly and kind (living up to the hotel’s name), and we have access to the lounge area which includes free drinks and ice cream + some small snacks! I think these little things really add up to make the stay very pleasant! I would want to come back here next time I’m back in Kaohsiung!

Great location right across the Gaoxiong Train station! The service is really good,staff are very friendly!Was skeptical at the beginning as it’s technically a 3 start hotel, but definitely better than some of the 4 start hotel service! Hotel is very clean, breakfast is great variety!Directly 25 mins train ride from Airport is a plus!!

The room is clean and enough for two although it’s not big. The breakfast is good and has a variety of choices. There is a snack bar with ice-cream, tea bags (I like flower tea) and crackers. We enjoyed our stay. It’s worth the money! I will definitely look for this chain hotel next time I visit Taiwan.
