Hotel Hunza One

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hunza One. It is really well placed in Karimabad with many shops, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. The room was amazing value for money. I was provided with a ground floor room which had a balcony overlooking the rear of the hotel. Although the view was nice, the best view in Karimabad is a view in the opposite direction. Due to its positioning, this hotel does not offer this option. I liked how the communal areas of the hotel were decorated. The room was relatively basic and a little tired in places but it was of a good size and provided everything I needed it to. The bathroom was a great size and the shower facilities good. The WiFi was a bit hit and miss (as it is in a lot of this area) but the staff worked hard trying to offer solutions. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t in operation but this didn’t cause me any issues as there are so many eating and drinking options within a short walking distance of the hotel. This is by no means a fancy hotel but considering the price, it offers a good option and great value for money. It also offered a very good value clothes laundering service. If you are looking for a decent base while you explore this area, then Hotel Hunza One should definitely meet your needs. There is a small parking area at the front of the hotel.
