Esperida Rooms & Studios

I have been to Greece many times but it was my first time in Karpathos and I searched for a small place to stay. Esperida was perfect for me and my family. It has a wonderful restaurant with fresh cooking daily. The rooms are always clean and we had a nice little kitchenette that we could prepare some food to bring to the beach and snacks for kids. There is a mini-market across the street and several beaches close by. Some friends of ours stayed at a really large hotel nearby (paid around 3x the price) and it was a very different experience - busy, loud, expensive food, etc. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something smaller and quieter.

I have been to Greece (many places) 5 times in the last 20 years, and this hotel ranks among the top. It is exactly what I love about island life in Greece. The room was clean and comfortable but not pretentious. We had lots of hot water and a little kitchenette with a local bottle of wine. It was cleaned every day. The air conditioning was adequate and not bone chilling while lying in bed. They provided very nice laundry services. All my underwear was folded very nicely in a new style that I have since learned. Breakfast was tasty - I had yogurt with delicious homemade accoutrements every morning, but sometimes there was homemade halva or tiropitakia. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. She had a nice book of local karpathian beaches that informed our travels. She recommended the spots to visit, the places the rent cars, the ways to do the things. Like most small business in Greece, they were great with kids. This is also the site of the best restaurant in amoopi (a locally accepted fact). We had loads of options but ate here 3 times, and I will tell you we like to spread our custom around. You know us.

Struttura molto caratteristica, molto pulita ed accogliente. A chi preferisce un'atmosfera più familiare piuttosto che lo stitico protocollo degli alberghi, consiglio vivamente. Il personale è molto disponibile e simpatico, lo stesso della Taverna omonima, dove si mangia bene ed abbondante. Consiglio vivamente!

Passata una settima presso la struttura con formula mezza pensione Ottima colazione ed eccellente cena Abbiamo soggiornato in un bell appartamento rinnovato e completo di tutto Oltre a ciò ringrazio la cortesia della proprietaria e del suo intero staff Lo raccomando certi che anche voi ne sarete soddisfatti

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nell'hotel Esperida. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Il mare si raggiunge con una breve camminata. La taverna é la migliore che abbiamo provato nell'isola. Super consigliato!

Autentica piatti locali e come sentirsi a casa gestione familiare cordiali educati gentili prezzi giusto pesce ottimo come gli anticipasti e la famosa torta all arancia e poi che dire di Eva sempre sorridente e parla anche italiano e fidatevi non è falsa e ruffiana come tanti titolari di ristoranti in sostanza in definitiva taverna consigliata a pieni voti
