Very good hotel and value for money. The staff were very helpful and tried their best to help me check in early after an overnight train journey. The free washing machines were new and effective. The breakfast had sufficient variety, including serving warm noodles. I would certainly consider starting here again.

This hotel is great! It’s in a great area. The staff are friendly and provide awesome service! They even offered to do my laundry for me free of charge even though the laundry facility is set up as a 24 hour self service facility. I really appreciated that because I was busy on the day I checked in and would’ve had to do my laundry late at night if they were not willing to do this. I stayed here for one night and did not have any clean clothes for the next day. The rooms are clean. I booked a non smoking room and was provided me without any issues. The room was also on a non smoking floor. The public areas of the hotel that I was in did not smell like cigarette smoke like many of them do in China. I have stayed at many hotels in China and even though I have booked non smoking rooms online for all of the hotels I stayed at, I did not receive one many times as those hotels didn’t have any, which I was not happy with.  The only recommendation I have for this hotel is to prohibit smoking entirely and strongly enforce it with consequences for guests if they haven’t done so yet. This would include all of their guest rooms. This would improve the overall guest experience, especially for non smokers. This is becoming more common in the hotel industry and would make the hotel more attractive to book than hotels in the area that allow smoking.

The best of this hotel is the front desk staffs, friendly and super helpful!!! Good service=airport pick up and drop off, washer and dryer available for guests. Location: across from ancient city East Gate, easy walk to. There are also many food & restaurant near by.

Room is big and clean. Very convenient and close to main attractions

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Heating on the floor and in the bathroom during winter made it very cosy. Breakfast was cheap and good. Nice sweets at the lobby area too. The hotel staff also went through the hassle to help us to arrange airport pickup service even though we did not have a local phone number and there was some slight difficulty contacting us. will stay here again if we visit in future

Super convenient - located right across from the ancient city. The hotel was very new and looked amazing on the inside to our surprise. Service was fantastic! They had a shuttle that took us to the main road so we didn’t have to move all our luggage on our own when we left. Room was spacious, modern, and clean. Bathroom was good - shower was spacious, enclosed, and the floor had these grippy things making it less slippery. Breakfast was delicious! Highchair was available for my baby. Would 100% stay here again.

Good location, good service, has washing machine free to use, very helpful. Best of all the front desk people helped me patiently when needed.

The staff, while not speaking, was very helpful and kind. Our stay has been very pleasant.

Nice average hotel, helpful staff, OK location. Only downside is lack of coffee and tea at breakfast.

Clean and good location

很好呀 服務細緻 ，前台的工作人貼心的給升級了房型，一早入住收拾房間速度也很效率！接送機的安排也很貼心。特別是前台叫小蘇的女生推薦的遇見喀什很有意義，而且給我們分享了很多當地的好吃的！表揚！期待有機會在入住！

由於臨時出了狀況，我提前很早抵達喀什，又累又困，原定的酒店又沒辦法馬上入住休息，攜程客服及時幫我協調了附近的你好酒店，我得以早上6點入住，恢復體力。酒店的服務人員態度都非常好，有問題馬上解決，早餐也不錯。

酒店位置很好，就在崑崙塔和遇見喀什邊上，也不會迷路。離喀什古城東門，高台民居都很近走走能到，離東湖公園也不遠。房間乾淨，早餐豐富。特別要提一下酒店的服務，真的真的太好了，我們買的哈密瓜因為沒刀，幾次都是拿去前台酒店幫我們切塊切片放盤子裏送上來的，沒吃完的還給放在了酒店冰箱，太暖心方便了。而且酒店還能提供送站送機服務，一般都衹有接機接招，太方便了！！！！！去周邊遊玩的時候把大件行李寄存在酒店2天有單獨的行李室特別放心，所以定了一天後又續了一天，周邊回來後又續了3晚，選的太對了
