Sivota Diamond Spa Resort

位置尚可，但是套房反而沒有景色，另外酒店衞生條件差，前個租客白色毛髮到處都是，三天都沒清理完！早餐也很一般，咖啡很差！

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sivota Diamond Resort and Spa! The bungalows offer breathtaking sea views that made every morning feel magical. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, making us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious authentic Greek cuisine served fresh every day. The flavors were incredible and really gave us a taste of local culture. A special highlight was the Monday wine tasting featuring an amazing selection of local Greek wines - we discovered some real gems that we could also enjoy with our meals at the restaurant. This resort perfectly combines stunning natural beauty, excellent service, and authentic Greek experiences.

I’m telling myself every time that this will be the last visit for some years, but this was the 6th. Visit since 2019. The Hotel itself is just wonderful and the Staff, no matter if it is the Reception, cleaning or the Restaurant, they always do their outmost to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Have to mention Panos (head of the Restaurant) who had an overview and impact on the Staff that clearly made everything work just perfect. Without doubt the best experience in the Restaurant of our 6 times at this Hotel. Only one thing that we find have to be improved - try to get rid of the Swallows who are building nests at the main building. The platforms you have put up under the roof on the main building has just increased the numbers of birds. They are very noisy in the morning and their excrements in and around the children’s pool were disgusting. But we will for sure be back soon.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the hotel very clean and everything worked. The reason for only 4/5 is due to poor quality equipment in the fitness room and somewhat unimaginative servings at the hotel restaurant especially at breakfast. The pool area is somewhat small and does not really cater for small children (very deep pools, nothing special like slides etc), but for adults it was satisfactory. However, in the nearby Sivota village you can find a variety of good quality restaurants and there are several beaches nearby, including one where you can walk on an underwater sandbank to an island. Overall a very positive experience!

We visited the Sivota Spa Hotel for two weeks from 22.06.2025; what a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. I truly hope the Manager knows what a great team he has. Not forgetting what a lovely Gent he was, unafraid to muck in and ensure all his guests and staff were happy. I have to say that Sivota is no where near Parga, which we were somewhat disappointed with. Sivota however, is beautiful but you are really quite isolated with not a lot to do other than a boat trip, beach or hotel. I do feel, that Jet2 did misrepresent this holiday. Not quite a 5 star but amazing 4. On arrival, we were greeted by great staff. Being very hot and tired, we were given an information overload and what came across as a hard sell for the Wine tasting experience ( I’m sure it was not intentional). We were driven to our room with our luggage. We had room 601 – amazing view and wonderful room. The bathroom needed some attention but was always spotlessly clean. The bath was very slippery h'ever, a shower mat was supplied on request. Beautiful bathrobes and slippers supplied. Super comfy bed, with high quality linens. Privacy net for the doors out onto a large balcony with table, chairs and retractable washing drying frame. A privacy panel between our room and the next would have been good as they could look directly into the bed area in our room. Air con was amazing. Fridge (not a minibar)provided and quite small. Hot drink facilities available plus normal range of packet tea and coffee and range of sugars. I did miss not having a metal spoon (bamboo stirrers only available) so temporarily used one from breakfast service. Safe provided in wardrobe area. Tap water is OK to drink. We re-filled our water bottles and kept in the fridge and was even able to make some ice. Large amount of storage area – most ever experienced.Great reception service. We did make a big mistake however, in not reading that this hotel is not really suitable for any with mobility issues. After three days of struggling up the many stairs up to the pool area, we had to talk to reception. They treated us as royalty, first offering a regular pick up/drop off service as required and foc- the drivers were fantastic. A room change was also offered very close to the pool. We decided against as moving would have been a real pain besides the use of the car was great. The hotel didn’t have to do this as it was our mistake but shows that they went above and beyond. The pool areas also involved stairs. 1 toddler pool, 2 deep pools both adult and children ( lower pool had steps to walk in and an amazing aspect) and 1 adult only pool which was I thought, small and crowded. Pool side waiter service available. Charges can be made to your room. Tips can be added to your bill on charge; these are shared out amongst waiting staff. The snack bar was lovely with a fair range of foods and practically any drink you cared for. Always beautifully cooked and huge portions. We generally shared one dish between us. This m

We booked this hotel as we were looking for a relaxed holiday. We chose good. Very relaxing. We stayed in villa one with a private pool it was beautiful lovely and quiet and private. The place is kept spotless. Some people complain about ants in their but if you leave food out the ants will find them. We didn’t have any ants. We were bed and breakfast. We enjoyed the breakfast plenty to choose from. Most of the staff very friendly and smily but unfortunately there was a couple of staff that no matter how I tried I couldn’t get a good morning or smile from them. We had 14 nights here so didn’t book half board like to get out and about to see the place. We did eat in the hotel a couple of times and food was very nice. Lots to choose from. We also did room service twice was great food arrived rather quick after ordering always hot and waiter/waitress very friendly. The bar tenders are lovely happy and friendly. We went for a cocktail or two before heading into town. The whole hotel is kept extremely clean. There is quite a hill to go down to get into town we use to get a taxi back which was easy there’s a taxi rank just outside one of the supermarkets if there’s not a taxi there just wait a few moments and one will turn up. It’s costs 5€. We arranged with the hotel to do a boat trip. The reception lady was very helpful and was very easy to arrange. The boat trip was Definitely worth the money Would we go here again YES DEFINITELY
