Старый отель, срочно требуется ремонт. Очень старый ковёр, очень старая мебель. Насекомые были как живыми, так и мёртвыми по краям коврового покрытия, фотографии прилагаются. Если отодвинуть старую мебель, то будет видно больше. Паутина на потолке. Мне дали номер 42, а не 54 м², как было обещано при бронировании. Съехал через одну ночь, ожидая полного возврата средств за вторую ночь, обещанного менеджером/персоналом.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Even showed me which areas to explore and gave me a heads up on the maintenance work for the ride at scenic world. Ideal location and very comfortable stay. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful hotel. The walk from the train station is quite tiring. Nice view and love the breakfast.

The building was beautiful. The room was amazing and the bed superbly comfortable. Service was good. The front desk guy (Eric, I believe) was professional. Other staff friendly. Amenities were basic. The air conditioner made a bit of noise and the phone did not work in the room. Overall though, a beautiful experience. Super comfortable lounges - perfect for long overdue catch up with my brother and his wife. Would definitely return. Could do with a lift for heavy baggage.

The hotel is a historic building. The restaurant is great. Dinner is value for the money. Water is hot and the bed is comfortable. It is quiet. The common area has the stunning view of the blue mountain.

The location is close to transport and the Main Street , where lovely cafe and restaurants are. They also have a top class restaurant also. The set up with the vintage look giving a wonderful experience, as if travel back in time. Staff were wonderful and the room was fantastic and romantic .

The view was wonderful from bar, the piano player was wonderful. The late check in they gave us went smooth. They had a dryer we could use. The location was great for us!

The trip to the mountain heritage hotel was very good with good services and a great locations. The staff was really friendly and the scenery was great. We had a good time.

The Blue Mountain view is excellent, room is clean and have a very comfortable stay.

The location is good. I am traveling to blue mountain and I found this hotel to be ideal. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. I will probably book it again if I am going to the blur mountains.
