First of all, DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. If you're still reading, here is why: If you read through these reviews, you will see a common theme of poor customer service experiences dealing with a particular manager... My issue? The room is not the same as in the picture. In the picture, it clearly shows two queen beds, one of which is NOT up against the side wall. The manager claimed the picture accurately displayed both beds up against the side walls. When I had her look at the same picture I was looking at, she then changed her story to it is inconclusive... even though you can clearly see the side of the bed in the foreground. Why was this an issue? Due to the beds up against each wall, my wife and I either had to climb over each other to get in and out or sleep in separate beds. I asked for different room, but I was told there were none available. Due to this, I asked for one night's credit (of the two night stay) and was declined by the manager. Net? Save yourself the frustration and don't reward bad customer service with your patronage. Lots of other hotels to choose from nearby.

If you stayed in this hotel labor day weekend, and went to the pool, congratulations you were swimming with a dead rat. I took pictures and videos to the night manager Anthony. We were walked out to another hotel and forced to pay for both rooms. I've been trying to get reimbursed by titanium elite member services with no luck so far. The general manager named Cassandra told me they weren't going to do anything at all to even fix the problem, provided no refund, and stated, that I am better off getting a lawyer to try and sue. Noted Marriott. Anyone else need pictures of a dead rat floating in the pool filter for what looks like a week at least, I got plenty of pictures for you. Bad move Marriott! Shut that hotel down!

Arrived with no one at front desk - finally knocked on counter - front desk clerk finally came out & said he was sorry - he was eating his dinner & returned to back office - came back out again to check us in - never acknowledged my Titanium status or offered what benefits I had. I had to ask for water. Room was dated & had an odor. Fortunately was staying for only 1 night. This hotel is sadly in need of an update.

We stayed for a wedding the first of Dec 2021. The stay was great until we left behind a phone. We were told we would need to make arrangements to have the phone mailed to us. OK! We did. Supposedly the first shipping box did. Not reach them. We made another with two tracking numbers. The envelope with our shipping box arrived on Dec. 24. We were constantly told different things. When we tracked the second package and it was indeed at the hotel we were assured the phone would go in the mail on Monday. It did not. We were told they would call us when it was shipped out, we were not. We made several calls and sent emails to the manager, Cassandra. Still no phone.

Pésima atención del personal, grosero, no limpian las habitaciones cada día, no cambiar las toallas., el hotel sucio y viejo, no respetan las tarifas de reservación… no había agua./. nunca vengan es un robo… nada récomedable es una pena que la cadena Marriot tenga esta clase de sevicio, nunca más volver
