"I love this hotel but this last time I booked through trip.con and I didn't make it to the room and trip.com agreed to refund if the hotel accepted it but they didn't so that means they got paid for me staying the night when I didn't and I even called the hotel and They said they would accept it so I could get the refund but they didn't follow through so now I lost out on $73 and being without a home right now that's a big loss to me ..."
