The hotel is so clean and the staffs are so nice and kind. There is a lot to eat around ; good restaurant downstairs ( Dinner & Brunch) I definitely will go back!

good location, close to the airport. hotel is nice and clean. but breakfast is not included when you pay more than $200/night. there is no central air condistioning. the air conditioner is noisy and disturbing. seems everything is expensive in Kelowna.

Good location for stop over between flights or onward journey from Kelowna. Friendly bar and restaurant staff

Excellent stay. Unfortunately coffee in the room in the morning was a bust

Shower didn’t drain…we were standing in ankle deep water each time we showered 🫣

Very clean and spacious room

The atmosphere of this hotel is just like a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is so good. The location is convient to reach airport and UBC. You can get anything you need just across a street.

The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

The room is big and clean.

地點非常好，2分鐘車就到機票，lobby出面有patio, 環境幽靜又有桌子和椅子，一大班都可以詳談。

離UBC和機場都非常近，機場步行10分鐘也能到達，酒店環境優雅，設施有些老化但也乾淨整潔。

還行吧。。匆匆而過倒也沒那麼講究。。總的來説可以接受。。離機場挺近。。
