You can do some world class fishing, take in the breathtaking scenery and have a chance to view all kinds of Alaskan wildlife on this beach that is walking distance from your apartment. It is a 6 minute cab ride from the airport, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, community center and local attractions.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No cleaning fish on property, no shoes in apartment, no smoking inside, guests must wash their dishes very well..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 26.About events:No events allowed.

Kenai Salmon Fishing Trip
Great unit for our 3 night stay to fish in Kenai area. Clean, and as advertised. Kristie the property manager was quick to respond to any questions too. No complaints - would recommend it and would stay here again. It's not the 4 Seasons - but it's a GREAT value and is clean and fit perfectly what we needed.
