Сначала взяли отель. На букинге вполне себе приличный рейтинг, а потом зашла на этот сайт и ужаснулась. Ехала готовая ко всему включая готовку макарон с помощью кипятильника. Нормальный отель. Кормят как в обычной приличной турецкой тройке. Все было свежее и действительно вкусное. Вот мне ни разу не не понравилась еда, очень вкусно. Укатилась я точно толстенькой. Овощные салаты, помидоры огурцы, перцы, обязательно сыр. Разные соусы, варенья, джемы, мед. Фрукты на обед. Мороженое всегда. Пару видов мяса была и курица, и кролик, и говядина. Постоянно одно блюдо из рыбы на обед и ужин. Парочка гарниров, пицца нарезанная, картофель фри и все в таком роде. Сладости 3-4 вида постоянно. Напитки:вода, чай, соки, пиво светлое горькое, вино два вида, в баре водка, текила, ром, коньяк и местная борматуха. Коктейли мешают, не переставая улыбаться и желать супер настроения. Убирают очень хорошо, постель и полотенца меняют раз в три дня. Так что на пол не бросайте, потом этим будете вытираться. Номер крохотный, но уютный. Есть холодильник. Ни геля, ни шампуня нет. Зато есть фен. Довольно большой, удобный шкаф, есть вешалки. Мягкая кровать, чистые хлопковое простыни и полотенца. На ресепшене выдают полотенца для бассейна, Зону бассейна и сам бассейн чистили постоянно. За неделю как минимум три раза была вечерняя программа, танцевали, пели. Может было больше, но мы не всегда тусовались на баре. Вокруг пара пляжей, все очень красивые бухточки. На ресепшене сидит наш парень Даниил, который честно все пытается помочь решить, подсказать, исправить. Мне помог с поездками и город. Из минусов. У нас не работал кондер, сразу проверяйте его при заселении, но мы были в мае, не жарко, так что я не стала заморачиваться. Везите с собой розетки от комаров, либо сразу идите их покупать. Невозможно спать, комары пролазят везде. Кусаются болюче все ходят в страшных красных пятнах, как дикие леопарды. И самый главный минус который меня возмутил. Интернет не работал. В номере висит телек, в нем все работает от интернета, я от безысходности пыталась смотреть местные каналы, они тоже не шли появляется картинка потом пауза в 5 секунд. Снова картинка, снова пауза. Все травили мульки, что интернет был, но вот что-то занемог, но вот вот починят. Хрень полная. Интернет чинить никто и не собирался, насколько я поняла. Мне это чуть ли не самое главное в отеле после питания, поэтому звезду сняла. Был бы интернет 5 звёзд бы поставила. Далеко до главного города. На такси просят какие-то заоблачные суммы. Ходит автобус для местных. Проезд стоит 3.40 евро, оплата наличными. Ходит редко, опаздывает, но ехать в нем вполне себе удобно. Будьте осторожны с трансфером, если заказываете его сами. В отель нас привезли как и обещали за 40 минут. А вот обратно решили сэкономить и собрать туристов со всех отелей, кажется, всего острова. Ехали аж 2 часа серьёзно рисковали опоздать на самолёт. Returned home this week from a weeks stay on a Bed & Breakfast basis .... Before I begin I would like to add that Sidari and Canal D'amour itself are beautiful with lots of great Tavernas and local bars in easy walking distance and great if you love swimming in the sea. On that note and a warning to the wise, I have read all the reviews on this hotel and cannot believe how anyone could find a positive to speak about? Incredible to think the hotel is an All inclusive offer too? How TUI can promote this hotel and offer it to UK holiday makers is just fraud !!! I'll start with the pool .... don't bother taking any sunscreen, a five minute dip in the murky waters and you will be protected for a week ... I have attached photos of the worst pool I have ever seen and refused to use during my stay, the quality remained the same all week and how on earth people allow their kids to swim in it is unbelievable? The showers and bathrooms have already been mentioned and I don't need to add anything ...... I have videos and photos of poor quality fittings and fixtures, the shower head which could easily water the gardens outside if I opened the window with its 360 degree spray and a sink tap which took an age to fill your hands just to wash your face !!! The children's play area .... a set of 3 wooden swings positioned directly outside my balcony in touching distance and easy to push the kids myself from the comfort of my room .... very noisy too with kids screaming outside your room every morning !!! Food ..... (Breakfast) ..... warm milk on your 2 choices of cereal? No fresh fruit? Juice selection which on 2 days was just water with no flavour? Not sure what they serve at night but it looks similar to Breakfast every morning? Again cannot believe people can accept this standard as an All inclusive? Fixtures and fittings .... mentioned the bathrooms, my wife fell onto the bedframe when the table chair collapsed and cam apart on the 2nd day, only bruising but could have been a lot worse, especially for children. Guys I'm not just having a moan and I've never written a review before, I have already logged a complaint with TUI. The issues I've spoken about were reported but never written down or logged? Certainly never rectified , always saw the odd job man or maintenance guy smoking in his boiler house but he certainly didn't have any intention to rectify my complaints? I do believe we were a low priority for the staff as we were only B&B but I'll never prove that .... Good thing we were out and about all day and had the choice to avoid this hotel on a day to day basis .... I feel sorry for the people who accept these poor conditions. My videos cannot be uploaded unfortunately but I have them to send to TUI if required, do yourself a favour, shop around, Sidari has more to offer than this !!!

Came for a week away on my own, was a little nervous as a solo female traveller but this hotel was friendly, safe and with great amenities. Really close to local bars and beaches. Loads of great day trips can be booked from the nearby booking place. Fun atmosphere and whilst still being relaxing Would definitely come again

Friendly happy place!! The staff, on arrival I met the bar staff love young men who are courteous funny an no matter what I asked they couldn’t be more helpful, the dining room had a lovely youn lady called Patricia (pat) lol again couldn’t me more obliging nothing was to much trouble very chatty an funny then there was chef aka pirate a really nice guy also sherif I have had so far and am having a wonderful experience the reception girls are also very helpful. The chambermaids are meticulous and are there everyday wonderful crew a credit to the hotel. Now I have a moan to those people who say the food wasn’t up to much if you want all English food stay in England I found the food was lovely something for every taste if you went late to the dining room the food had started too cool a little but definitely still edible, as I write this I’m sitting poolside at the sun gate I don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel an we have been here fore 3 weeks at this point Stefanos the manager was always happy to help if we had any issues there is a lot more I could say but I need to sunbathe so happy holidays people 😀🌞🌞🍺🍸

i would not go there again the food was always cold and greasy lack of choice some of the staff was friendly and some was very rude not a lot entertainment nothing 4 kids 2 do only the pool and a little park 4 them 2 play in

We stayed here for 4 nights, bar and cleaning staff very polite and friendly. Staff who worked in the dining room not so much. Plates been taken from you while you are eating. One lady in particular, wasn't so keen on English people and was rather rude. Shower head in our room spraying up the wall. If these little teething problems can be sorted in would be a cracking hotel.

Brilliant!! On arrival we were greeted by sherif the barman an chef Andreas it was a lovely greeting. All the staff are friendly courteous an polite an can’t do enough we had a great holiday, the food was great something for all tastes especially the mushroom pie mmmmmm. The reception staff were brilliant especially when I was ill. It was our second time at sungate an we will probably go back again Thankyou to all the staff an management for a great holiday

We went here as a family in June 2023, with a 9 month old baby. First we were in a room with no cot provided and bunk beds. The baby and mother slept on the 2 mattresses on the floor, so the child didn’t fall out of the bed. Three days later we complained to our holiday rep, who was very nice and got us another room. The new room had 2 double beds and was a lot more spacious for us and the two children, but was up some spiral steps. This made it difficult getting the push chair and baby up and down from our appointment. A travel cot was provided, therefore was more safe for the young baby. When we first were given the key to the new room, and went to move our belongings from one appointment to the other, a maintenance man was ceiling around the bottom of the toilet. We realised this was due to the toilet leaking water every time we flushed. We informed reception many times but nothing was done. We had to put towels around the toilet on the floor and they smelled of dampness. The cleaners didn’t remove the towels from our room and we had to ask reception on many occasions to have clean towels. Towels only get changed every 3 days, therefore the towels we used for the leak were not replaced until the third day. The smell in the room was disgusting!!! Hair dryers don’t work so make sure you take one incase. At the back of the hotel there is an old tennis court that has dogs in there. They bark all night and day, therefore you get woken up by them being so loud. Food was cold in a morning and not great. We lived off ham and cheese for 10 days. No toast machine, or bread provided apart from baguettes. They don’t provide for children therefore my 7 year old lived off chips all week. We eat out on many occasions as the food wasn’t nice. Very poor food, and when we asked the restaurant staff to provide for the children the manger laughed at us. If you like pork, carbohydrates and pastry? This is the hotel for you. Constantly running out of products, beer, vodka and Coca Cola. Bar staff very friendly and helpful but the bar area is filthy, the floors don’t get mopped or swept. Clean pool and baby pool. Overall wouldn’t be recommending this hotel to anyone, especially if you have young children.

This message is intended for us to give you our opinion on our stay in this hotel well all the staff go way above the pay grade to help you with any requests at all Daniel at reception and all the restaurant staff are outstanding George and Sharif are the best bar gang that really gets the vibe going the room was always clean and fresh the food well you would never go hungry as they cater for all we thank you for arranging our birthday suprise in September love from Ireland and we have booked for June next year efharisto and see you soon
