**As most of you know we had a catastrophic flood on July 4th this year. We are devastated at the loss of friends and their homes and those w/ extensive flood damage. Our much loved cabin did survive though, but the bottom level closest to the river level did sustain some damage. It has been cleaned up. We are working our way through the process of restoring electricity and making sure the plumbing is reliable and functional. Having said all that, the cabin is intact and we can in fact accommodate guests. The riverfront is still growing grass back and we lost most of the riverfront amenities. We appreciate offers of donations and help but-we prefer your return business. Kerrville/Fredericksburg is still here with everything y'all love about the Hill Country. Our Little Rock House is cozy and comfortable, with beautiful scenic views of the Hill Country. The house is private and secluded in a gated property. It also has a fully furnished kitchen with a gas cooktop and a wood burning fireplace. We have breathtaking sunsets year around. The back patio is perfect for your morning coffee or taking in the view in the evening under the string lights.The Little Rock House is an open floor plan. There is a king sized bed in a spacious room that leads to the back patio deck. We also have a full sized kitchen, fully furnished with a gas cooktop, oven, full-sized fridge and dishwasher. There is a wood burning fireplace for the chilly winter months.This is a private spot, but is also a working ranch with other buildings on the property. The Little Rock House is set off the main road for more privacy. Following an extensive "beyond-the-studs" remodel completed in September 2020, this three-bedroom, three-bath home is the ideal getaway for adult couples and small families. Enjoy the giant Hill Country view from the covered back porch and deck.The house has modern appliances, including GE's Cafe brand appliances. In addition, there's a small fire pit and an outdoor grill (wood/charcoal grill - NOT a gas grill). An initial supply of charcoal for the grill will be provided at no charge, but you may need more, depending on your grilling adventures.Bedroom 1: King bed, larger bath, with comfort-sized walk-in shower and walk-in closet.Bedroom 2: Queen bed with walk-in shower in the full bath.Bedroom 3: The Murphy bed folds out to a Queen bed.
