Our ground floor leads out to the dock with a boat lift and dock ladder and is 50 feet from Tarpon Basin offering quick access to Adams Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean or to Flamingo Bay and Everglades National Park. Great fishing and clear waters surround you. Our boat lift can accommodate boats up to 10,000 pounds and can be made available for additional fees to be discussed during the reservation process Very quiet family area with a clear water canal perfect for swimming, or just watching fish as they parade underneath our dock and deck throughout the day. Manatees also regularly visit dockside. Our community also provides a private resident only beach accessible by car, bike, boat, watercraft, swim, or kayak. There is also access to two boat ramps to launch boats or other watercraft. Picnic areas are also available to residents at both ramps.
