I would give this hotel zero star if it’s allowed.
1) slow check in service though we can manage it
2) shower head has too little water flow. It seems the water pressure isn’t enough even it’s on the ground floor
3) A/C is super noise. It works like a lawnmower at night. Who’s still using these out of date appliances? Also it took a long time to bring 3 degrees of room temperature.
4) Using WiFi requires you to register a Hilton account. I already have one but it didn’t show an option to log in using the existing account. I had to put all my info there and register one again. If you don’t do this, you will need to pay $5 for the WiFi.
5) room light is dim. I know the hotel wants to save energy but it’s just not bright enough.
Some pros for the hotel.
1) good parking lot with enough spaces
2) ocean view right next to the hotel
3) offers free drinks but you may need to pay some tips for the bartender, and I’m okay with it
4) good pool view and not so crowded.
5) very close to the airport, within walking distance.
I’ll not choose this hotel again. However, for people who can accept the above facts, it may still be a choice at a reasonable fare.
