The kitchen was expanded and has gas range, new appliances, new cabinets, and granite countertops throughout. The Master Bath Suite has walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, all new bathroom with 'adult - height' vanities and marble counters. The 2nd Bathroom has shower/tub and also all new renovated with adult height vanity and marble top. The cottage is equipped with a large screen LCD Hi Definition television above the fireplace in the family room plus additional LCD televisions in each bedroom. The cottage has wireless internet access throughout. The back porch is screened in with a 4 person table plus additional seating chairs for back porch dining and entertaining. This property is managed by the Kiawah Island Resort but we are able to pass on amenities to you as our guest. It is in the highest category of Kiawah Resort rental properties!!! You will have full check-in privileges and all amenities as a resort guest including access to all resort pools (only for resort guests, which includes you!), discounts on golf and tennis, etc. The cottage sleeps 6 in beds. The Master BR is a king bed. The 2nd bedroom is a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is 2 twin beds. An additional single air mattress bed can be reserved if desired. The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom can be converted to king beds if desired (for a slight additional housekeeping charge). We DO NOT allow pets or smoking inside the cottage, however, we do have another cottage that does allow pets.
