Within a half mile of this unit, you can access some of the islands finest destinations: The Sanctuary Resort Hotel & Spa, Town Market, Night Heron Park, Roy Barth Tennis Center, Turtle Point Golf Club & Tomasso at Turtle Point restaurant. On your way into the island, Freshfields Village offers restaurants, groceries, spa and plenty of shopping! Enjoy a beautiful drive to the end of the island and visit the famous Ocean Course. If you need a day off the island, historic Downtown Charleston is only a 40 minute drive away. This villa has a beautiful master bedroom with a king bed and offers an abundance of natural light. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds and a flat-screen TV and an attached bathroom. A pull-out couch offers additional sleeping space, if needed. The kitchen has granite countertops, all-white appliances, and comes fully stocked. (We provide both a Keurig and regular coffee pot). It then opens up into the living room, where your family can sit and relax. Finally, a screened-in porch right off of the living room offers a 6 person table and room to store all your sandy items. Each room comes with brand new TCL TV's, that will enable you to log into any of your streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, HBO, etc). Upon arrival, the villa will be stocked with a welcome kit of supplies, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, papers towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent pods. This is meant to get you through the first day or two of your trip. No need to bring all your beach gear - this condo comes with a variety of supplies- beach wagon, cooler, chairs, bluetooth speaker, Bocce Ball set (We do not provide beach towels due to COVID-19). Boardwalk 27 is a half-mile walk from the condo and is on the east side of The Sanctuary. This villa comes with 2 available parking spaces.
