The well appointed kitchen offers a center island, tons of prep space, and is stocked with plenty of kitchenware, cooking tools, and smaller appliances. There is a coffee/tea bar, large pantry, and dining table. There is a laundry room with two washers and dryers, drop zone, and a full size bathroom - perfect spot to rinse off after a dip in the ocean or pool. An outdoor kitchen, pool, and pool deck extend the living spaces for year-round enjoyment. On the second floor there are four bedrooms. One bedroom has an office space with queen size bed and private full size bathroom. This room allows access to the second story rear facing balcony. You’ll need to give 72 hour advance notice prior to arrival should you decide to have the pool heated. No smoking and no pets allowed. The home is equipped with some beach and pool accessories. This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI/internet, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, and detergents.
