Kigaliview Hotel and Apartments

First the positives: The hotel is clean, and the bed was fairly comfortable. The service, depending on the person, ranged from smiling and helpful to curt/terse and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was odd and poor: mushroom pizza (certainly not fresh nor tasty) and masala fries (tasty, but heavy for breakfast). Lunch - we had to wait an hour for samosas (okay, not great) and friends waited an hour and a half for pizza. The room had enough space, but was poorly utilized. It felt like they ran out of money half way into furnishing the place. The shower flooded into the main bathroom area (as it did in all 4 rooms of people on our tour). No bathmat supplied. And when we requested towels for the pool (clean and nice), we were told we couldn't get any at that time (curtly). At a better price this hotel might be good value, but not at the price charged.
