The entry door electronic pad was having issues called the owner twice for help left a message NO return call. Was eventually able to access the property 30 min later.

Kimberley getaway Had a great few days in Kimberley. The property was fantastic and clean. The Keurig wasn’t working and the property owner had a new one delivered the next day!

Great property We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kimberley. The property was clean and well taken care of, with several cool features such as the arcade game, reading nook, and loft that our kids enjoyed. The hot tub broke twice during our stay which was somewhat frustrating, however Megan was quick to reply and had someone come out on both days to fix the issues.

Great stay! We had a quick 2 night trip and it was great. Megan was accommodating with a last minute early check in request. The kids (5, 8) really loved the loft area. The beds were comfortable. The whole house was well-appointed and clean. The short walk to the ski hill was perfect! We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location Great location for ski n out, away from all the main condo spots. Has all the amenities for a family vacation. Suggest a baby gate for toddlers and babies as there is a long staircase right off the kitchen.

Overall everything was good. The one complaint I have is there were no instructions on how to work the TV. I am older, don't stream and don't understand the concept of working this technology. So the fault is mine for not keeping up with technology but it would be nice if there were instructions.
