Over priced and low value service - having to pay extra for all kinds of things. Charging on the room option was continuously rejected.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing the hotel's exceptional hospitality and amenities firsthand, leaving me thoroughly impressed and rejuvenated. I particularly enjoyed indulging in the delicious local cuisine. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my mornings, featuring an array of freshly prepared dishes to start the day off right. During my stay, I also had the opportunity to explore the hotel's other amenities, including the fitness center Specially. Apart is its commitment to excellence in service by Junior staff and Upper Management .

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel restaurant experience. From exquisite local cuisine to international cuisine, the dining options at Hotel Royal Congo cater to every palate. What really sets Hotel Royal Congo apart is its exceptional service. Throughout my stay, the staff, especially the new manager named Syed, went above and beyond to ensure every need was met promptly and professionally.

I didn't actually stay at the hotel this time, but I have stayed here twice before. I was booked into a different hotel, across the main road a few hundred meters away, but I got tired of the menu selection at the other hotel, so I visited the Royal several times for a meal. The quality of the food, the selection offered in the menu, and the service were all excellent. Prices are reasonable too. I'll definitely not be staying at that other hotel in the future, and the Royal would be up there as my choice.

The hotel is situated in a slum with potholes in the road that you could sink a tour bus in. The food very average, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. Just the area and the food alone would mean that I will avoid this hotel in the future.

This hotel is extremely exploitative. Charging $20 just for a plate with toast some cheese and cold meat, then they have the arrogant audacity to charge me $5 just for the privilage of having it in my room. Disgusting prices, it border on criminal. They also charged me $5 for a coke zero can on Monday morning and $4 for the same can on monday afternoon. Something doesnt add up. The rooms are clean at least, but there is a serious communication problem as most of the staff cannot speak english. I asked for a medium rare stake, i got a cremated piece of inedible rubber. I have now informed my company to remove this exploitative establishment from our provider list.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé, le service était impeccable. Ils étaient tous très attentionnés aux détails. Très propre et j ai adoré la salle de gym, le restau et le bar. Mes enfants ont aime la nourriture et l aquarium aux poissons. I Will recommend this place to my friends and family. Very lovely
