If I knew how much of an old place I would’ve stayed elsewhere because I didn’t even feel safe with my daughter.

This stay was very disappointing. We booked it for the location and because it was listed as a three star hotel. This location should be listed as 1 star. The rooms were dirty (there was a big glob of black hair in the shower) - see photos. We were required to pay a $200 resort fee when we arrived - this was not obvious when booking the hotel. The paperwork we finally found showed that there was a resort fee however it should have only been $176. The staff was unwilling to bend in any way (poor service). The rooms were in terrible repair. Holes in multiple walls, stains on beds, rust everywhere, room keys did not work half the time we were there. We were unable to cancel the hotel after seeing the poor condition of everything due to booking policies. If I would have known how bad everything was I would never have booked this location. I no longer trust booking through this site. We would have been better off camping. Positives: We only saw one bug in either of the rooms. We did not see anyone selling ***** on site.

This place was not as advertised on their website or trip.com or ***********. the pictures on the website for the rooms are not what you get in person. Our room was not cleaned it had a very strong mold oder, and the bathroom was not cleaned. The beds were dirty and disheveled. The sink was leaking, the wallpaper was falling, the outlets had no covers, the carpet was sticky wet, and dirty stains all over. I immediately went back to the front desk to turn in my key and check out. I explained to them the room conditions to the supervisor Armando, who put the blame on the cleaning personnel not wheeling to do their jobs. I was denied a refund by ***********. I would never stay here or recommend this place to any of my relatives and friends.

The room smelled horrible, the bathtub had a huge clump of hair in the drain. The hotel ad on Trip says there's a restaurant, bar and pictures of a tiki bar. It has none of that. No bar, restaurant or tiki bar. Charged an extra charge for incidentals with no incidentals. Asked for the room to be cleaned several times and they never showed. This room was suppose to have a full size fridge but only had a small one. None of the ice machines worked. There was no microwave. This hotel is very very low budget. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not the most well kept place but not bad for a couple nights

This place was horrific. The first room I was given, the front door was rotten and wouldn't close properly. The bathroom door was rotten and was falling apart. There was hole in the wall. The parking lot wasn't lit at all. I am a single mom traveling alone with my teenage daughter. I was offered another room and it was in significantly better shape, however I just didn't feel safe staying there. I ended booking another hotel.

This resort needs to be shutdown and renovated from head to toe. The property is horrible. I didn't actually stay there, I reserved it for a friend.

Moldy smelly roaches non working phones the toilet wouldn't flush and the lamp was missing a bulb. Dirty stained carpets stained blankets moldy smelling air-conditioning

This is the worse accommodation ever. Disgusting smell, staff not available, check in took 1 hour with 4 people in front of me. Shower wasn’t working at all, dirty everywhere with stains, hairs and dust. The pool water is green. We booked two days but after the first horrible night we escaped. At reception we recognized it’s not uncommon that someone leave and they mentioned to refund it. It’s not an Ressort at all, it’s more a motel from a bad movie. Don’t go there!

Didn’t have my reservation I booked 2 months in advance, but they made it right. That was the only thing handled appropriately. White stains on the cover of the bed, blood stains on the white sheets, miscellaneous stains on every inch of all 3 rooms we had booked. Old food still in the fridge in the room. 1 pool closed, the other had 24 lounge chairs surrounding the pool with 10 that were usable, the rest were ripped and in shambles. Poolside bar, indoor bar, and restaurant were not available. They have not been in operation for some time, that was clear. Key card to 2 of the 3 rooms randomly stopped working. Front desk would not provide new key cards until maintenance looked at the doors because most of the doors are broken or bolted shut. Took the maintenance staff over an hour to show up and take a look at the doors, just to tell us the front desk needs to provide us with new keys, which we had already asked for. The ‘fitness center’ has 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, an elliptical machine and none of them work. Housekeepers were smoking cigarettes in the rooms while “cleaning” them so we preferred ‘Do Not Disturb’ signs left on our doors, but there are none. The list goes on and on like garbage everywhere, gates to the pool locked, the walls leaked when the shower was on but the water don’t drain either so it’s a bath shower every-time, ice machines broke, vending machines out of stock, etc. This is the first review of any kind I’ve ever written. Booked because it was cheap, but I overpaid for what they offered.
