If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, further charges may apply. • Rental Agreement: A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more. Base rate includes up to 3 guests. Additional guests are $15/night each to help cover extra cleaning and laundry.
