You will find all your beach gear in the ground floor garage. Private community amenities: private beach access, pool, hot tub, tennis/basketball/shuffleboard courts, kid's game room and more. The space Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. You will find in the garage the washer and dryer and beach equipment on the ground floor entrance. On the second floor are two bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, twin bunk beds and full bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom with tub and private balcony with hammock. Both rooms have dressers and large closets, as well as TVs. On the third floor is the living area and television, dining with seating for 6 and large kitchen with new appliances and a kitchen. island with two bar stools. Please note that this is a townhome with 3 floors, so there are quite a few stairs.
