Modern Mountain View Getaway - 26 Acres

Relaxing, peaceful oasis This home was perfect for my family's Christmas. It was clean and welcoming. It is a bit remote from town but that was what we wanted and it was a wonderful place to cook, take hikes, sit by the fire and unwind. On a clear day the views of Mt Hood are spectacular!

Perfect get-away in the woods The house was perfect. We truly felt like guests. The property is peaceful with a spectacular view of Mt Hood. Elizabeth and Greg are wonderful hosts.

Beautiful Home and View This home is so beautiful and such a great private place for relaxing. We unfortunately had a sick kiddo and did not get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked but everything exceeded my expectations from seeing it online. The view is spectacular of Mt. Hood and the property is so private and unique. They had everything and more that we needed and we felt very welcomed and taken care of by the hosts. The only thing that I would say is that the air conditioning cools the main part of house very well but the bedrooms still were very warm by the evening. With a baby it was just hard to keep him cool and comfortable but there are plenty of fans to help keep the bedrooms cool. Also, if you have a baby, bring blackout solutions for sleep. The guest bedroom was much darker than the master but we have a slumber tent and even with a fan going the tent got pretty warm for our son to sleep in. He was also sick though. So bringing something to put over the windows in the heat of the summer for little ones may be a better option. Overall, we would highly recommend the stay and would love to come back again.
