Nature Villa Kochi

Worst lodging experience ever. I'm writing this review with utmost disgust over the unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour of the owner regarding an issue that happened. This lodging facility is at Aluva, a town that was drenched in rainwater for 2 straight years, has almost zero waterproofing on their top floor ceiling. The ceiling is made up of a tile framework with a false ceiling which gives a well built, and maintained pseudo-aesthetics to it. Myself and my colleagues were staying in one of these top floor rooms, when rain fell and the entire ceiling started leaking, which resulted in my laptop, a smartphone and a pile of research documents to be soaked in water. The owner on asked about this water leakage tried to put the blame on the tiles company and is not ready to take the blame or cover the expenses for our loses. It is basic manners and professional conduct to take responsibility of such a mishap and he is even blocking all forms of contact to me. Till now, we haven't received any sort of compensation for our loses. So kindly approach this lodging facility with second thoughts. Thank you.
