Situated right on the ocean, this newly renovated duplex offers some of the most spectacular views anywhere on the island. You will be staying in the one bedroom guest suite on the first floor of the house that features a fully stocked kitchen, a backyard, and private beach access.
The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and an easy 15 minute walk through a scenic waterfront park leads you to downtown Kodiak.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please take off shoes in the house..Please be respectful of the guests sleeping in the other units.,Please supervise children at all times when playing outside..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Beautiful location. Peaceful and relaxing. Great place. It had everything. Comfy bed. Great kitchen. Large bathroom. Loved that it had a washer and dryer.

Perfect
Amazing waterfront location! Very clean space with all needed amenities. We loved going down to the beach every morning to search for sea glass. The trampoline was a fun way to get some extra energy out. The porch is covered, which allowed us to dine al fresco even in the rain. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and would stay again if we went back to Kodiak.

Picturesque and tranquility
The property is very well maintained. It is very clean and welcoming.Its really nice yo have basic staples in the kitchen so we didnt have to run out and buy all spices. Coffee and tea were also stocked.
Its a quiet little area other than boats and water planes coming and going, which to us is part of the charm. This was our second time staying here and looking forwsrd to our next.

Cozy rental on the water
Had all the conveniences. Clean and cozy. Spectacular views Host was quick to respond to any questions we had and flexible to meet our requests. Highly recommend this place couples.
