Great location, excellent breakfast included!

Great location and very clean. Our fridge wasn’t working staff very friendly and where very quick to get us another fridge they organised out tour very quickly. Great little place to stay restaurant was great to next door

Well, I don’t know if this is a fair review or not because I never got to actually stay here. The stay got booked for the wrong dates. When I realized this I tried multiple times to reach out to the property. ******* also tried to reach out to help with a refund, but the hotel refused. Mind you I was never contacted or responded to by this property in anyway. I rebooked the stay for the correct dates, and reached out to see if the room could be upgraded since we payed for a stay we never got. I can’t say I’m super excited to stay here. But maybe they could upgrade our stay in February in some way since they got $500 of our money, for no service. Who knows. We shall see….

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures the beach is a public beach .ideal for young people !! Music blasting all day and night from the pub next door ,if you like to party this hotel is ideal ,motor scooters run out side the hotel day and night also hotel provide ear plugs ,breakfast terrible if want extra cup of coffee you after pay

I would echo a lot of Chelsea’s review below. Staff were very helpful and organised us a last minute island tour without fuss. Our room was first/second floor (not ground) and so we had a balcony. I was happy to have not paid a premium for the netted area as people will come and place their towels immediately around and below you. Instead we had a balcony with a comfy L shape sofa which caught the sun and meant we could gaze out at the beach and sunset. Our room was also further enough down the hotel (room 112) that we picked up some light bass from the bar but it was not really invasive. Honestly people slamming doors to their rooms is more of an issue, but you find discourteous people anywhere. The renovations… again didn’t hugely impact but I could see that it would grate on some people. Hopefully once complete they don’t run it as a night time bar as that will be disruptive to the rooms above (inherently further away from the other bar) AND importantly they will have a breakfast offering worth going to. We ignored the offer of breakfast and went to the nearby The Factory Cafe which is superb. Overall I would cautiously recommend a stay. I was concerned it was going to be a 3/10 stay based on the other reviews and it was more 7.5/10.

We stayed in the middle beach front room. From looking at the other hotels in the surrounding area, this was probably best for value and location. Staff were incredibly kind and extremely helpful. I’d rate the hotel amenities 3 star - but the location gets it to the 4th star. The bed was the comfiest I have slept on in Thailand and the beach front room was a treat when waking up in the morning. Hot water and water pressure wasn’t consistent and lots of ants everywhere. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is currently renovating (receptionist said it would be completed on the day or day after our stay, but it definitely looks like it will be finished in mid-January/early Feb. Tip for the hotel staff - please be upfront and honest to manage guests expectations about your renovation - it didn’t bother us but it would bother others!) Skip the breakfast - As the hotel is renovating, breakfast is at a cafe a few doors down. You can choose either a ‘western, Thai or healthy’ breakfast. We had the western and healthy between us, honestly I’d skip the breakfast as there better looking places nearby and on the side streets. This isn’t the hotels fault, it’s just whoever they’ve teamed up with. We emailed beforehand to ask not to be in the room next to the bar as we’d read negative reviews. We were placed in the middle beach view room out of the 5. We stayed Wednesday - Saturday and the room was quite loud, it’s mostly the base you can hear from the nearby beach bar. The hotel provides earplugs in the room anyway and we didn’t find it as a problem as we sleep through anything - but it was VERY loud on the Friday night and would bother some. There was a drunk man who tried to take a sleep on our balcony netting, security spotted him very quickly and had already moved him along before I asked. Even though this happened, I felt extremely safe knowing there’s security all night long who keep a watchful eye. If you’re ok with your location being in a super busy area and wanting to experience Koh Tao’s night life, this hotel is for you. If you want something more private and peaceful, I’d suggest looking elsewhere but you won’t find a better location to a brilliant beach. Friendly staff and very helpful. We were offered a free bottle of wine from the mini bar and two free taxi trips to the port - thank you!

This hotel is amazing. The best location on Sairee Beach Koh Tao. Very modern rooms and amazingly friendly staff. It was an excellent experience.

It’s the perfect location for a peaceful island, a stone throw away from the majority of restaurants. Staff are friendly, it’s a must stay when visiting this island, one of my favourite islands in Thailand as a quiet getaway.

Right on the beach and if you book the beachfront, then the water is right at your door! Down side is it is very expensive and for that price, you would expect better facilities. 1 room had aircon that didn't work. The other thing is the restaurant was under renovations. So for breakfast, they give a voucher to go to another restaurant which is fine. The problem is the restaurant doesn't seem very happy to serve people with the breakfast voucher. They also tell you that coffee is not included in the breakfast and that it costs 100 baht which is insane. Especially when you are paying premium price for the rooms.

Great location. Right on the beach. No beach chairs or tables available in front of the hotel. You sit on the beach or nothing. Hotel restaurant was closed and under renovation. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows and sheets. Room was a little small but nice and comfortable. Reception staff was pleasant and helpful. We had one small problem with our stay. The cleaners decided to throw in the garbage my cold pizza (in the pizza box) and my ashtray with a joint in it. There are many options when staying on Koh Tao so we will choose another hotel on our next visit.

Nice hotel right on the beach. Happening area, close to everything.

Громкий шум с 7:45 утра разозлил меня, и мне пришлось проснуться. В заключение пойдите, спросите и скажите им, чтобы они отремонтировали. То есть перед ремонтом следует проинформировать клиентов. Должен быть вывешен знак, сообщающий, в какой день и время отель будет отремонтирован.Отсутствует связь. Я имею в виду, у нас совсем не все в порядке. 6. Мне сказали, куда пойти поесть. Я сказал, пройди 2 минуты, и он будет слева, и ты доберешься. Так что я просто пошел, как сказали. В общем, рестораны расположены в ряд. Неправильный вход, вернулся в отель. Позвольте мне помочь вам пойти. Мы пошли и попросили его поесть бесплатно. Этот не в порядке. Примечание: кто хочет пойти и отдохнуть, пожалуйста. Мы проверяем правдиво. Возможно, нам не повезет, и мы сами столкнемся с подобными ситуациями.

Лично я не рекомендую этот отель.До приезда в отель я забронировал номер по фотографиям Ctrip и забронировал номер более чем за 1000 юаней на две ночи.Однако номер был очень маленьким, а вода в душе была только тепло.Постельное белье внутри все еще было грязным.Сначала я думал, что это экология острова.Не было возможности почистить простыни и не хватало расходных материалов.Однако позже я поменял простыни в другом отеле, и они были Очень чистый. Моя дочь уже наполовину принимала ванну, когда вода внезапно прекратилась. Спросив у персонала, они сказали, что решение проблемы с напором воды займет от 20 до 50 минут. Простыни были грязными, а вода в душе нестабильной. Это заставило меня почувствовать, что этот отель ужасен. Вечером мы пошли в ресторан этого отеля и заказали шашлык и блюда из морепродуктов, но еду подавали очень медленно.Поев, мы обнаружили, что их говяжьи шашлыки не были поданы.Оказалось, что они забыли подать это либо из ресторана, либо при заселении.Мой опыт пребывания в этом отеле заставил меня почувствовать, что этот отель довольно плохой, и ветер на берегу моря по ночам довольно холодный.Помимо того факта, что море находится прямо за пределами отеля. окно, других преимуществ действительно нет.
