The 5-room apartment has 163 square meters, a high-quality designer fittings and can accommodate up to 10 people. The large living room has a high glass front with partial views of the Rhine. The whole apartment is tastefully furnished and convinced by the attention to detail. For sleeping there are 4 bedrooms available, where one can also be well used as a study.
Another extra bed and a cot are available and can be provided on request.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the comfort, if you want to take care of himself.
You can relax on the south-facing balcony with beautiful views of the Rhine.
The housing estate has been built. A beautiful beer garden on the Rhine is only 2 minutes walk away, next to it is also the classy restaurant 'Brigantinus' with beautiful Rheinterrassen, best equipment for your summer evenings.
The apartment is fully furnished new!

Großzügige Wohnung in Konstanz
Schöne große Wohnung, 5 min mit Fahrrad, 15-20 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum. 3 Schlafzimmer zur stark befahrenen Straße, 1 Schlafzimmer zum Fluß. Leider keine Rolläden, nur Vorhänge und Sonnenschutz. 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette und Duschwanne, eine extra Toilette und eine separate Dusche.
Sofas schön anzusehen, aber unbequem, da viel zu tiefe Sitzfläche, mit vielen Kissen okay. Insgesamt geschmackvoll möbliert und mit ausreichend Geschirr bestückt.
In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit Bäckerei.
Garagenplatz kostet extra. Fahrräder haben in einem Abstellraum Platz.

Super Aufenthalt, sehr schöne Wohnung
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön; die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet mit viel Platz und Stil. Der Austausch mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und angenehm. Insgesamt reibungsloser Ablauf von Checkin und Checkout.

Super Neujahrsurlaub
Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Familie und die Großeltern. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Sommer ist der Balkon bestimmt auch ein großes Plus. Die Ausstattung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, es war alles da, war wir brauchten. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
