Good place to stay, some things could be improved. Hotel iż being build up, do maybe this is a reason. Kitchen is good and on time, vast range od meals. All inclusive drink limited to ouzo and local brandy, wine, beer. Mostly quiet and clean - but there are ducks here need to watch your step.

I don't write bad reviews but here goes! The all inclusive is most definitely not, only lager, house wine, ouzo or brandy is offered. I asked for a dash of lime cordial for my lager and was told no as not included in the all inclusive package. The room is the worst we had ever stayed in. The toilet seat and shower were broken. The room was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting. No room service, we had make our beds every morning, not the end of the world but another gripe. I wouldnt say a particularly friendly hotel at all. Nice and close to the beach and the 2 pools were nice. Don't waste your money here.

Amazing place, we hired a car for a day and saw some amazing sights, the beaches are ok but covered with five sunbeds. The sea is very nice and very clea. For a couple in there early fifties that wanted complete relax in beautiful surroundings with very friendly locals, this place comes highly recommended. We used Love Holidays to book the holiday, their app is to hard to navigate, the basic stuff is easy but when it comes to check in, you have to download TUI app, then somehow after hours of trying you finally do it by some miracle, the automated help is pathetic. Love Holidays advertised an open bar, in reality it was locally made ouzo, brandy,( red and white) wine zorba lager and soft drinks only, the food is ok at best but be careful most of the staff sre nice friendly n helpful, some though are the definition of suppidity. KOS is a place to visit for 7 seven days take in the sights go up the mountains sunbathe and swim, the cruises are cheap and well worth it. A must see island, but I suggest you book the flights and hotel yourself. I was expecting to see a tour rep to advise me where to go what to see, what to avoid, trying to sell me trips, nights out, but no, no-one, we had to sort our own car hire, cruises, deal with the issues at the hotel. There was no communication when our bus to the airport was very delayed.

We were very pleased with our holiday! The hotel isn’t luxury, but It has everything that you need and meets all the requirements according to the declared 3* category. It’s was good to see the efforts of the staff, who always tried to please the wishes of the tourists and made our stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. I would especially like to mention the restaurant staff and their manager Andonis, who was at work from early morning till late night and took great care of the guests of the hotel. I would also like to note the service room, which conscientiously cleaned the room, changed bedding and linen, and left the rooms clean. Among the service staff we would like to express our gratitude to Yulia and Albert. Also receptionist Ioanna and her colleague are very kind and competent. We were very pleased with our holiday, we thank all the hotel staff for their efforts and hard work! Throughout the whole time they gave us a great mood and their smiles! Worse hotel we have ever stayed in. Never normally write a review but had to with this hotel. It was filthy. Beds had not mattress protectors on and we're disgusting. Lats were missing and mattresses were ripped. Wires hanging out walls. Food was awful and repeated on daily basis. Mostly same breakfast, lunch and dinner. Doesn't really cater for British. Never had bed made the whole week or change of towels. I had to ask for a change. They were left on bed. Only thing I can say was pools were quiet and could get a sunbed. This could be due to the fact that most went out everyday like us to eat. There was no entertainment. The gym they advertised was a basic home multigym and a cycle. Sad to sat this was the worse all inclusive holiday we have ever had and counted the days down to get home it WAS that bad. There was some lovely hotels around us and so wish we had booked one of them. Photo attached showing filthy baby pool.

The hotel location is very nice. Near Buss stop to Kos city, 2,10 Euro cost. Near super market, restaurants, shops and beaches. Hotel is little bid old. Need renovation. Good swimming pool, one is near reception and other is near buffet restaurant. Good service. Good food. Fruit trees are very beautiful. I do not like to write negative, all is OK. I traveled with family and friends with Apollo. We are satisfy and appreciate the behavior by all personals. Cleaning, reception, Bar tender, restaurant and food is perfect. The chief manager in restaurant is enough to do, and helpful. He looks after the restaurant, food dishes and every corner. He welcome the guest and use face mask every time. Personals in restaurant are very polite. Halal food for Muslim guest must be consider. Fish food must be recommended. I like to stay here in future also.

hotel w spokojnej okolicy, świetna baza wypadowa , pokoje codziennie sprzątane , czysto i schludnie - dużo zieleni na terenie hotelu , miły i pomocny personel oraz bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone posiłki - jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu , jak na 3 gwiazdki byliśmy mile zaskoczeni ogólnym poziomem hotelu - Sylwia , Polska.

Hotel był wybierany jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy i te kryteria spełnił bardzo dobrze, dodatkowo dostaliśmy go na TUI w bardzo atrakcyjnej cenie. Mieliśmy wypożyczone auto i codziennie byliśmy w innym miejscu wyspy, plaż dookoła wyspy mnóstwo ale najlepszy dzień to wejście na najwyższy szczyt Kos - Dikeos, widoki z tego szczytu bajka. Dlatego spędzaliśmy w hotelu tylko wieczór i noc oraz rano do śniadania. Pokój czysty, sprzątany codziennie, podobnie łazienka więc dla nas OK. Bardzo słabo wypadło jedzenie, chyba największy minus tego hotelu ale głodnym człowiek nie chodził. Trzeba pamiętać. że to tylko 3 gwiazdki. No ale snoby zawsze znajdą powód do narzekania bo turyści typu all inclusive to raczej z tego hotelu nie będą zadowoleni.

Super accueil !!!! Excellente choix au buffet!! Ns avons gouter les plupart des plats traditionnels !!! Environnement tres jolie avec couleur locale. Calme absolu la plage à proximité tres agrable . Personnel serviable et a l ecoute du client.A l année prochaine sûrement !!!!
