I have booked it on Oyo plateform on 799 pay at hotel for 2 person. At 9.30 when I arrived on place, hotel has charged me extra. Then I rejected it and checked in at 1 pm. That time hotel manager and Oyo has asked for 1699 and I have again rejected as it was more than double of the charged I had booked on. I could not understand how can it be increased after booking. Then the manager has offered me to book the hotel directly on INR 1000 . I paid that. Then they gave me room no. 311, while the keys I was provided was of the room no. 313. Afterward, when I couldn't lock the door, hotel boy said that the Keys of 311 was lost. I had to changed my room from 311 to 315. Here was another problem waiting for me. Flush of the toilet was not working. And then at night, the manager said that my kyo booking has not been cancelled (while I had requested for cancellation on Oyo plateform as well as the hotel too.). They confirmed Oyo about my check in and told them room no. 14 I stayed in (actually room no. 14 was already booked by another customer and they were staying at hotel too.). The hotel and Oyo together tried to give pressure to get INR 1600 more, while I was already paid INR 1000 for the worst services. They do not provide water, soap for hand wash and towels too. Even no landline phone in room 315 to call reception or hotel's kitchen.
